As a child, I have fond memories of my family visiting the cemeteries where our loved ones were interred. The extended family, aunts and uncles and grandmothers would go with us and as we walked, they told stories of different times. I am so glad that I wrote down so much of their remembrances.
I find the consecrated grounds peaceful and enjoy being able to help others unfold stories of their own.
