I see your request for a photo for Joseph Kier in Bethel Cemetery near Wymore, NE. I plan on going there later this summer/fall to take some photos and will add this one to my list. I grew up mowing Bethel as a kid and am familiar with that stone.

You are right, those errors just sneak in. I am not related. I had just taken some photos out at Farmington and when I went to post, I noticed the different death date.

Hi Steve, you're very welcome. She shares a stone with James Churchill and Alva Sherburn.

Thanks for the catch...My fat fingers hit the '2' instead of the '1'..Not related just trying to link up the family.

I checked again and the burial book has Jan 06, 1919, but it could be a mis-print. Hope this helps.

Normally I don't do that cemetery, I am filling in for someone who is away for the month of October. I left the requests on the website with an indication that there is a problem. When the person who does that cemetery is back, she will take another look to be sure. She is more familiar with that cemetery and can either verify my findings or knows of a headstone. I could have missed it, but I doubt it as it is a small cemetery.

I don't know if there is a place where you can go see the records, but here is a website which lists burials of small cemeteries in CA, If nothing else, it shows who is buried in family plots and may be grouped together. I use the list a lot when chasing down kinfolk. Seems I've got a couple of "cousins" down the road at Atlanta Catholic Cemetery, too.

Thanks for poking around the cemetery for me looking for the Fosters. I was at the cemetery 5 years ago and know what you are up against. Paperwork from a couple of sources says they are there, but markers may not be.
