I once heard it said: "If you are not sharing you are not doing genealogy." Please lets celebrate our family and use the photographs I have posted. Note: the names that go with the photographs are correct so do not change the names. I have a tree on Ancestry, Wandering Wilkinson Family Tree. Information I post here is also in my tree, plus additional information. You will find that my information is also sourced. Find A Grave has been a big help with my research. I'm delighted Find A Grave and Ancestry are working together. |
I want to thank all the caring people that work so hard to record and photograph headstones and are willing to share their photographs. God Bless You. Judy

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the photos of Uncle Gene. Even though he was not married to Aunt Barb, I always considered him my uncle.

May I have your permission to reprint the photo you shared of William Proctor Yadon in a book I am writing for my family?

Not sure where I came up with the info for all those buried in Peck Cem. Her death cert saying Mt Carmel, not sure of but this cemetery is suppose to be located just barely south of Rolla at Vida, her dau, Anna Laing Peck, who is buried here also on her death cert it has Vida Cem. I really don't have access to some of my notes at this time. I do believe that they are all buried here, wish the cemetery was photographed and exact location. I'm not related. I don't have any obits. I am wondering if this cemetery was once called Mt Carmel also at one time. Maybe can get someone to locate it and photo it.

Judy, feel free to us any photos I have taken of slagle stones. I walked the whole cemetery and took over 400 photos. My 4th greatgrand mother Mclin is buried there. I drove by that cemetery for over 20yrs not knowing she was there.

He's my great grandfather.
I am related through his daughter, Mary Francis Colson Clas; and her daughter, Mary M Clas Buxton, who is my mother.
Thank you for posting the pix.
I am delighted to discover that the Kennimers are kin. They were favorites of my mother, Mary Buxton.
