Memorial for Ralph Payne
I found this obituary among the Sherman County obituaries and thought you might want to add it to Ralph Payne's memorial.

At 3 p.m. last Friday, Mar. 11, '87 in 9-42, Elbert Co. Col. Ralph Payne, while digging at the bottom of a well 110 feet deep was buried. I believe I am a relative in Canada to this family. Do you know how I can reach any of the descendants?

I am researching the roots in Lichtental.

"Manny" Hacker
Atwood Cemetery-Hi, I enlarged your photo of the tombstone, and I think it reads "Mary E" Hacker. I think she is the wife of John Doyle Hacker. Thanks, Cherie

Blank family buried in the Kanorado Cemetery
Hello Larry, I was pleased to find the information you posted on Findagrave regarding my g-great grandfather Jacob Blank (mem #65542051), his son Jesse L (mem #65359315), daughter-in-law Leanna M. (mem #65359357) and Jacob's grandson Vincent (mem #65359415). They are all buried in the Kanorado Cemetery in Sherman Co., Kansas.

If you are not directly related to this family, I would greatly appreciate it if you would transfer their memorials to me (I sent a request to you on 5/23/14 but thought you may not have received it as I haven't heard back from you). Best regards . .

David Williams, Kanorado Cemetery
Hello,
I just today noticed that my photo request was listed as having a problem. I want to thank you for trying to find the headstone. A helpful thing that you found is that David is for sure buried there. That's a milestone!

So, though it is about 1/2 a year since you reported your findings, I wanted to thank you for trying and for determining that he is buried for sure in Kanorado Cemetery.
