Alfred F Block
Hi Mike,

There is an error on the find a grave site you manage for Alfred F. Block. Alfred does not exsist. It should be Albert F. Block. I created a page for Albert and I was wondering if you could move the pictures of the grave over to Albert's page. Albert was the commanding officer of the USS Chiwawa AO-68. My father served aboard this ship. The page for Alfred Block should be deleted.

Thanks for all your help. I really appreciate it.

Take care,
Jon Strupp

Hello Mike,

Stumbled on the obituary for Jessie and the year appears to be 1967 and not 1966 as you have indicated.

RE: Rurick Standifird
I received the additional information you sent but unfortunately I cannot locate the memorial.
Please send an "Edit" from the memorial and I will be glad to do so. Also, if you'd like, I would transfer the memorial to you as I see you have a name connection. Just let me know.
THANKS!

Samuel Handley grave
Hi Michael

You took a picture of a Samuel Handley's gravestone in the North River Cemetery.

A couple of us who are connected to the Handley family are having trouble reconciling this grave with a Samuel Handley in our line..

I don't know if you are close by this gravestone? The lettering on the gravestone is difficult to enlarge in the current photo...

If you could get another picture of this gravestone, we would greatly appreciate it! If not, please let me know and perhaps I can post for another volunteer...

it would really help us sort out a mystery

Thank You Mike
Thank you for the picture of my grand uncle Winfield's tombstone picture. He is just one of several children that my 2 times great grandparent lost in their early years. I wasn't sure they had or could afford to get them tombstones. Thanks again. Carol
