Thomas Caradine Family
Hello, I am Betty Fredrick Rawlings. My parents were James Andrew Fredrick & Vina Bradshaw. they were from Neshoba Co. moved to Newton Co. My grandfather was Elisha John Fedrick and Mary Ann Victoria Caradine. James F. Caradine ( 1803- 1880) was married to Rebecca Malone Myers in Leake Co. I cannot locate his grave.or hers.Thomas Caradine ( 1750-1820) was married to Elizabeth Grant was from the Greenville SC area.
I am most anxious to leave a genealogy to my grandchildren. I am last and oldest left in my family and no one to ask! I have found some Caradine in Clay Co, but need to fill in the puzzle.
Thank you in advance for your assistance. My email is bcr59@bellsouth.net

Eupora Cemetery Lathams
Hello William, Teresa and I went to the Eupora Cemetery to do the 12 photo request and try and find the others who did not have a photo. We have found, by experience it is better and faster to do the entire cemetery, rather than go up and down each row searching for certain ones...plus, we have found that just because it says a cemetery is 98% done does not mean that all the interments are listed. We know there will be some new ones to add but we have found several "old" ones that have not been listed......so our new motto is "It ain't been done until we have done it."........anyway, I wanted to let you know that we have added several Latham's to the list. I thought you may want to add some information or links. If you want the ones we have done to be transferred to you, we will be glad to do that too...........God Bless, pam and teresa

RE: James Lafayette Williams
Yes, the family was from Winston County. I've asked my mom about J. L.'s family but she said no one would ever talk about his dad cause he deserted his family. The ones who would know are all gone and they never would talk about him. I do know that J L and his family went on a wagon train to Oklahoma during the land rush when he was 5 years old. Don't know how long they stayed there. J L is supposed to have a brother named Joe who my mom thinks lives in Tennessee. I wouldn't even try because how many Joe Williams do you think there are in Tennessee? LOL

Jas. Arthur McAlpin45586632
All I know anything abt them is that they had one son Archie 17 Jun 1902 - 11 Jun 1997 Find A Grave #104564698. His wife was Mary Elsie ? Her listing is attached to his listing. Archie and Elsie has four children. Louis b.1922,Doris b1925, Hoyet b. 1926, and Wm. Elbert b. 23 May 1927 -2 Dec 2008 Find A Grave #92340342. Wm. Elbert was my son-in-laws paternal grandfather.

I did not know abt the Jas. Albert, son of Jas. Arthur and Sallie until I found their Find A Grave listing.

I only find one Census record with one child listed and that was with Jas. Albert and Sallie with Archie as a 7 yr old. Sorry I don't have more.

Thank you very much. I am familiar with Water Mill and Joe Lee Sanford Roads. My son lives on JLS Rd. Maybe I can get him or George Prater to go with me to this gravesite.

Jas. Arthur McAlpin & wife Sallie #s 45586629& 45586631
I am wondering if you are related to them. I am doing research on the McAlpin family for my son-in-law. I understand James Arthur and Sallie had another son, Archie U. 1902 - 1997 Jefferson Memorial Gardens, Bham, Al. Do you know anything about James Arthur and Sallie's children. Thanks for any info you may have.

RE: Adam Shaffer
We for sure need to make another trip out there. We apparently missed several stones. We thought we had covered the area pretty good but after uploading the photos we had about 30 something memorials without stones and no photos to attach to them.........We don't have the first photo of any Shaffer's..............pam and teresa

Henley Cemetery in Webster Co.
Hello William, Teresa and I found Henley Cemetery and have uploaded the photos for it. I noticed you had a ton of information and family links for them, which is great. We found a stone for a Jim A. Reed there also. Not sure how he ties into the family though.......God Bless, pam and teresa
