Bio and Links
Bio Photo This is a fun and interesting hobby for me, as well as a great way to perform a meaningful community service to others. Someday I hope to have more free time to devote to it. Please get locations before requesting photos from Inglewood Park Cemetery. If the memorial only has a plot name (i.e., "Fairhaven") you will need to ask for the lot number. The office staff are very helpful.

In fairness to those who may have closer ties to a memorial, please read the Transfer Guidelines prior to requesting a transfer. I will make exceptions if I am personally doing work for you. You do not need to "manage" every memorial that is part of your family tree. Remember that this site is for locating burials, not building a tree. There are other websites that are more suitable for that purpose. I will be happy to make any links and corrections. PLEASE use the SAC feature ("Edit" tab). Please do not ask me to do links to any "Burial Unknown". Do your homework, first. FIND A GRAVE ADMINISTRATORS SUPPORT THIS POLICY. Please feel free to add photos where appropriate, as you do not need to manage the memorial to add photos.

I will not cut and paste raw data from census records, death indices, etc. A nicely written bio is preferable.

Since March 2013 I have taken over management of memorials in Inglewood Park Cemetery from Chris Mills. Please continue to send suggestions for corrections using the "Edit" tab and I will get to them as soon as I can.

RE: Eddie Adams
Thank you so much for your efforts. It is possible that he is buried elsewhere since he died many decades before Eddie. I was hoping for a double headstone but I will keep searching. :) Thanks again for your help!

Just a note~
Yes, Ottumwa, Iowa, is a real place. Radar aside, we do have a real-life claim to fame. Tom Arnold was born and raised in Ottumwa; in fact, he used to babysit my husband's daughters when they were young!

Thank You!
Thank you for filling my photo requests for gravestone pictures for Abraham and Ida Logan and Orville Booth and Ferguson Booth in the Inglewood Park Cemetery. I have worked on this family for a long time, and I am so happy to have these pictures. I appreciate your time and effort very much.

Thank you for the suggestion regarding my great grandmother, however, the person reporting her personal information at her death was mistaken. Her maiden name was CALL, she married first my great grandfather William AMY, and lastly she married William HARVEY.

RE: William Amy, et al.
Yes, it is very sad. Thank you for your efforts. I guess my next step is to contact the cemetery and see what a headstone costs....
