My husband (USAF retired) and I (US Army) are both veterans and are now working our second careers...USPS for him and Retired for me. Some days are tougher for me because of my Multiple Sclerosis but my husband has been strong for me.|
Many thanks to those that have asked and allowed us to take pictures of their loved ones. If we are managing a memorial that is your relative or even a BFF, we will transfer to you! All we ask, if transferred, is that you did not request the transfer just to delete the memorial. Now is not the time to delete an old enemy or maybe an ex.
We will walk the cemeteries that others won't. Some memorials are hard to find but we will try AND succeed.
Our pictures are your pictures. Feel free to beg, borrow, steal with no intent to return. We take pictures of headstones out of kindness ... not for our ego or for the "numbers."
No one should EVER be forgotten. What goes around comes around.
Live, love, laugh. Tomorrow may not be there for you but today is!

I love them. It took me a few minutes to see the last name as well. I don't know if you know German/Kurrent but at the top it says "Here Lies in God." And I'm very excited as it also gave me their city if birth. Thank you so much for your persistence. It is very much appreciated. Kristina

May I have your permission to add these photo's to my Ancestry account? Giving you credit for them of course.

Thank you so much for taking pictures of their headstones. I was wondering if they even had any. Absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much again. Kristina

Thank you for looking for Zulema's headstone. I had no idea she did not have one.
I appreciate your time and trouble.
Hi Bill and Denise,
I received your message concerning Virgie and Alfred Sutton. Thanks for bring this error to my attention.
Did you, by any chance, submit any edits to link family members and add various name and birth details and the like? I'm asking because I will pass the info along before deleting if you did not.

Bill & Denise: Thank you so much for the dbl. tombstone photo of William Thomas Hester (#18502370) and wife buried in Smiley Cemetery, Gonzales County, Texas.
I appreciate the effort spent in finding requests and understand how time consuming it can be. posting them to memorials.
Again, I really appreciate the pictures.

You really did make an all out effort to locate & photo Louisa C. Hampton Chandler's tomb. You went beyond giving it your best effort!.! It is possible that the tombstone was damaged and/or destroyed with time. She died about 1869-70 at age 35. Her husband remarried and moved to another county nearby. So she could be around there in the area you were, but in an unmarked grave. You tried, and I'm very grateful for that effort.
Often the Funeral homes are of help. For now, guess it will have to be a mystery.
Thank you: Fay Chandler
