Bio

Hi,
Find A Grave has helped us so much that we have tried to pay it back by adding several hundred non family. If you see any errors please do contact us. Let us know if you want family transferred. If we are not related we most generally transfer.

Death certificates or printed obituaries not appreciated on a memorial. They are seldom 100 per cent correct and Find A Grave does not encourage them. Ancestry is one place to leave them. So please do not put Death Certificates on any of my memorials. The creator of F.A.G. has stressed that this is a grave registration site, not a genealogy site. Thanks very much for your understanding.

Per the Find a Grave guidelines, please do not leave biographical information on a virtual flower. It will be reported and removed. If you have a correction, send an edit.

When suggesting an edited death place, please use the actual death place, not the LAST RESIDENCE suggested in the U.S. Social Security Death Index record unless it is same as the death place.

If you ask me to add or change any information on someone, please make sure you have documentation and not just something you saw someone put on the internet. I often get incorrect change requests.

In a letter from Find A Grave Management they stated "It is up to the originating member what they include as long as you make sure that the names, birth and death dates/years are included in the fields available on the memorial page"

COPYRIGHT NOTICE: Permission is hereby granted to use any photos of headstones that we have posted on Findagrave in your personal genealogies and family trees, including family trees posted on genealogy websites such as Ancestry.com.

I am happy to transfer any memorials that I am not related to, even if it's a distant relation

We work on all my family lines. The ones we work on the hardest seem to be Allenbaugh/Allumbaugh, Banta, Barbee, Barker, Bradshaw, Haynes, Lee, Lyle, Thompson, Rackleff/Rackliff, Symons. Lately we have also been working on the Bradshaw, Cash, Duckworth, Jones, Lovingood, Plemmons & Woody families.

Thank you. Donna & Max A
