John Jacob and Evaline (Folck) Brotemarkle
Hi Kristy,
I'm Dave Hegdahl and live with my wife Shirley in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. John Jacob and Evaline were my great great grandparents. I have been developing the family tree and we are planning to drive to visit the Cumberland MD and Bedford PA area on about May 15th. I am looking for a/some living relatives in the area who might be interested in the family genealogy as well and in talking to me. Can you help?

RE: Ernest Rittue
Thank you Kristy! Yes, her brother, my great-uncle Jack currently lives in Arlington, the only living sibling. I am working on a project for him now directed at his extended family and hope to meet with him in March. I haven't seen him in quite some time and now that I have been researching our family history, I have so many questions!

Lucille died on April 18, 2000 in Silver Spring, Montgomery, Maryland at Fox Chase Nursing Home. Her services were held on May 11, 2000 at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

I have her on the 1920 census living with her cousin and did see she was back at home under her married name by 1930. Do you have any information as to why Dorothy lived with her grandparents or the reason for her death at such a young age? They are questions I planned on asking my great uncle.

I also know her second husband was Stanley Howard Mullin, Sr., born 21 Apr 1901 and died 21 Aug 1972 in Elkins, Randolph, West Virginia. He was buried there as well in Maplewood cemmtery. They had one son, Stanley Howard Mullin, Junior.

Joseph David Goldman was her third husband.

I just got a new computer yesterday and will have my hard drive information in the next week, if you need anymore specific information. Feel free to email me at

Nehimiah Pierce
I have found many people have Nehimiah Pierce listed as family, same kids and parents listed for him. He is my Grandfather's Grandfather. We used to have a picture of him but it was lost years ago. Do you have any pictures from any of that family?

Brotemarkle information
Hi Kristy Sometimes we assume that someone knows about information so they don't tell them. So I wanted to let you know this info was on the web.

Jones - Evans
Hi! Found your Jones and Evans relatives this afternoon, but we had a hard time reading the stones as they are white marble, worn, and covered in lichen. I am trasnferring fivee memorials to you. I suspect William D. Jones' wife Elizabeth is buried in the lot, and his parents too, but without dates I can't tell if there are already memorials for them on Find A Grave as the names are very common. If you write tothe cemetery they may be able to, for a fee, copy the Lot page for you which will show all burials and list them, and their relationships, including unmarked graves, with the interral dates, which may clear up a lot for you. Take care.
