I think Cathryn E. Berkey Swanson's stone probably doesn't belong on Mabel's memorial.

Patricia, first of all, thanks for the work you do for Find A Grave. I have been on my genealogy journey since the 1980's and for many years I was able to visit cemeteries. Now I am unable to because of age and health. Thank goodness people like you have made it possible for me to still see the grave markers of my extended families. I hope you won't mind my making copies of your photos for my family files on Ancestry and Family Tree Maker. I am trying so hard before the Lord calls me home to leave good files for all of my extended families to use to come to know their heritage. I hope they will avail themselves of the trail I have left for them. Thanks to you and others who have helped along the way.
I really appreciate what you are doing to help others.

Thanks so much for your quick response. The photo is a good one for find a grave, its just that I'm trying to solve the question in my mind if that little stone is part of a family area for the Whiteleys. (ie.is it 'next to' Elizabeth Whiteley) Since. I am living in Bangkok at the moment, I probably won't ever get to visit Yamhill (though I hope to visit some gravesites in Oregon & Washington in the future). Do you live near there? If it is not a lot of trouble, I'd love to see a photo that could include both, or someone just to look at them to see if it is obvious they are together. That would be above and beyond any find a grave request since you have already put a fine photo out there, but if you did happen to go out there I would be very grateful. If not, its ok.
If you did, I can send you my email address for the photo. I'll leave it up to you.
Thank you. Sue

I had a question about a photo you added. (I see you've added thousands, so you may not even remember) It is for: Baby Whitely memorial #14979205. I was wondering if you cropped it, and may still have the full headstone. I was wondering if it was just a little marker on the ground, or if it stood up. Since it is at Block 104, Lot E5, and there is an Elizabeth Whiteley at Block 104, Lot E6, I'm trying to figure out if the baby stone picture you took was close enough to be a family member. I am thinking it may be Elizabeths grandchild who died about 1858 or 1859, but with the close up of just the name it is hard to see how old it looks. Did you just zoom in at the time, or did you crop it, and if you cropped it, do you still have the photo. Did you need to clean away any grass or anything to get to it? Any help would be great. Thanks
