I grew up in a small town, Sunburst, Montana and graduated high school 1969. I went to Northen Montana College in Harve, Mt for 1 year. In 1970 I would have been drafted so I volentered for the Marine Corps and served from 1970 to 1973. I joined the US Coast Guard in 1973 and retired in 1991.
