Almost lifelong resident of the Santa Clara Valley, and glad to assist those seeking grave sites in the SF Bay Area. I'm fortunate to have had the help of so many kind people across the country who have provided photos and information on the grave sites of my ancestors, and happy to do my part in return.|
Please feel free to use any of the headstone or cemetery photos I have added, there's nothing proprietary about them and the goal should be to freely share our heritage to make the historical record as complete as possible for posterity.
Should any of the memorials under my care be for members of your family, just let me know and I will gladly transfer - always glad to see these memorials maintained by family, however distant in relationship. Similarly, I welcome updates to make these records more thorough. In either case, please use the "Edit" tab on the affected memorial, and then the "suggest a correction" link to send me your request or update.
Good luck in your own research and thanks in advance for your contributions to our collective, volunteer effort!

I cannot delete the "duplication clutter" for this memorial. I did not create it. You will have to notify International Wargraves for deletion. There should be a request to combine as there are headstone photos on the memorial you have requested removed.
|Sharon Prill||RE: Anthony|
Tony loved jazz music and used to play the clarinet and saxophone. The headstone was chosen by his mother and a perfect way to remember him.
I honestly feel my impulsive search was directed by him and to thank you for what you are doing.
If you ever come out to Kona, Hawaii contact me and I'll buy you a drink!

I just turned this "Bug" into F.A.G. administration, via the user Forum. I expect they will review the issue and reply soon.
|Deo et patriae||RE: Edits, ( Plot and transcription)|
It worked because I initially put bad data in the fields.
And after that data was I there, then , I accepted your edits. So yes I this case and situation it did work. Again it worked because the field was not blank before the edit was accepted.
|Sharon Prill||Anthony "Tony" Joe Collins|
I was compelled to search online for my old friend today. I didn't know what force drove me to do this, but I believe it was Tony. He passed away over 20 years ago and I visited his grave once so I would always know where he was. He was a kind and funny person, someone you never forget. I live in Hawaii now so thank you for posting a picture of his headstone so I could visit him virtually.
|Deo et patriae||Edits, ( Plot and transcription)|
Based on processing your recent edits.
When a plot edit, sent by you, is a correction to a "Blank", plot. It doesn't process when the accept button is invoked. Even thought all appearances are that it worked.
When an plot edit, is a change to a plot designation that already has data in it, then your edit in,fact updates the field.
It is behaving exactly the same way, for transcription data. Blank field will not accept edits, and changes to the field when it contains something already works.
It is extremely deceptive to the "manager", as everthing indicates to the acceptor, that the edit processed, on the "blank" field, but it didn't.
system bug. Until this is fixed, edits of these fields should not be initiated through the "automated" process. It doesn't work.
I wonder if F.A.G. is aware of the problem.?
|Deo et patriae||Plot rejects|
I just checked my ". Rejected edits. " list on my oroffile tab and there is not a single reject there. ". From you. ". There is clearly a bug in the accept edits program related to plots.
|Deo et patriae||RE: Suggestion|
Mark, I have not rejected a single edit from you or anyone . I have always selects the "accept" edits option and I accordingly, believed that you plot updates were being processed by F . A. G
There is clearly a bug in the edit processing program specifically related to plot updates.
Sorry that you believed I was a stinker and was rejecting your edits. I wouldn't do that.
Besides, usually a rejection requires a reason. Clearly no reason was identified because I was not rejecting them.
Thank you for the maiden name information.
On another note - I enjoyed reading your profile page. Always refreshing to come across the normal people that contribute to this site.

Mark, You are too kind. Bless your heart for all your work. I am related to some and might be related to the others. Havent confirmed yet. I could never do them justice like you have. If I find any info, I'll just add it to what you have done.
It's better in your hands :)
