Do you want a memorial transferred to your care? I transfer freely, (and out of guidelines,) as long as I have no connection to the memorial. If you don't intend to thank me for transferring a memorial, don't bother asking.
If I take a volunteer photo for you, it is yours to do with as you wish. Volunteers are doing you a favor! Please remember to acknowledge every volunteer who helps you out.
Good genealogists always document their sources. If you use a grave photo I have taken, please credit me as the source.

I have removed Minnie Feehery's memorial from St. Patrick's cemetery. My contact in state agrees with you and so do I.
Thank you for catching my error.
I would be happy to add the obit for Thomas. Sorry that I took so long to respond but I had medical issues and have not been as active with Find a Grave as I have been in the past. I live in Nevada and have depended on other volenteer's for photos and other information.

Have added birth date for Joseph Knittles. I'm checking on the Johnson/Janssen problem to see what I can find. Thanks.

I wanted to ask if you have any insight into the best way to handle a problem. I volunteer for The Lexington Genealogical & Historical Society, Inc.
I have been working to transfer F.A.G. entries that are in the wrong cemetery. We have the Apostolic Christian Cemetery that is in a sectioned part of Graceland cemetery. Over the years many people have been listed in the wrong one. Now, the Apostolic's want their own listing on F.A G.which someone started on their own. To get this correct, I contacted the caretaker and we walked it and checked the list. I have a correct list but it seems to take an act of God to get it corrected on F.A.G. I have contacted the members that listed them and asked to either delete, or transfer. After this time consuming job for the first 20 entries, only 2 replied and corrected. This has been going on for over 3 months. I have about 100 more to move. You seem very knowledgeable on how F.A.G works so I thought you might give me an idea on the most efficient way to do this. I am only a 6 hour volunteer and try to accomplish this along with taking care of elderly disabled parents. I can use all the advice I can get. I really want to do it right. Thanks for taking time to read this.
Thank you for taking your time in getting and posting Floyd's photo. I appreciate your work.

Thanks for looking for the Alphaus Ralph grave. I have advised the memorial owner that the grave may be unmarked if present.

Thank you so much for not only accepting my photo request, but for the extra effort that I don't believe many would have gone to in asking neighbors of the cemetery that had been moved about what happened to those who had been previously buried there. I truly appreciate what you did. Thank you again :)

So sorry to hear about Tigger. It is always very difficult to lose one of our Furry Kids. Moochie and Reba are showing him around the Rainbow Bridge. Hugs, Rosie
|Linda Warman Sims||Thank You|
For the suggestion to contact the genealogical society, I have looked at the webpage and hope to find out more. Do you happen to know who were the children of John Leonard and Margaret Smith ?
My most sincere thanks for your response and help. Linda Sims
