Genealogy is my passion. I have photographed many graves in the same cemeteries as my relatives and added them to findagrave.com with whatever information I could find publically to hopefully appropriately honor the memorial. I have also added many memorials from obituaries I've come across or death certificates found in public records and some cemetery listings and veterans records.|
If I have added someone from your ancestry, please ask me for transfer of memorial. I don't care how remote they are. I feel all memorials will be better honored if they belong to their family or someone who knew them or who would care more about them than I. I'll never refuse a transfer unless person is of my own family.
I welcome corrections, additions and links to family members in effort to make family history easier and honor the memorials.
I don't claim any copyrights to my photos of GRAVES and freely give you permission to copy my GRAVESTONE photos ONLY and use them for your own family tree or family purposes. I took them for you and anyone interested. The whole idea behind Findagrave is to share and help others who may not be able to find or get to an ancestors burial site. I don't believe in making it complicated.
Obituaries are copyrighted, so I won't post them but use info from them.
PLEASE PLEASE DON'T COPY my personal family photos of people without first asking my permission. After finding my photos from this site copied to someone's family tree without asking me, I thought I made a big mistake posting them and I almost deleted all my photos here. I couldn't do it because photos get lost over time and people forgotten. I only ask that you ask me because I don't want to find them in a tree where they don't belong as this has happened because of someone with the same name. Thank You for understanding the importance to me.

First off, thanks for the transfers!
Secondly, thanks for the phone number for Vernon Grove Cemetery. I called it and a fellow there ran the Dalrymple name in their computer and came up with 6 names including Reuben Berry Dalrymple and his father James Dalrymple so that filled in some big missing links in my Findagrave family tree.
Strangely enough, the Dalrymple list only included one female name, that of Hazel M. Dalrymple which you transferred to me. They also had a James Dalrymple (1884-1904) which did not compute with anyone I knew, but it turns out that was Lettie Dalrymple (1884-1904) whose father was James, the main man I was looking for. I was In Hants county, Nova Scotia this past August and found his wife's grave so I was able to solve that particular family mystery.
Once again -THANKS for all you've done.
Donald Gordon Dalrymple
Yalobusha County, Mississippi.

Thank you for transferring my Great Grandmother over to me. This helps to fill a void in the family tree. Her page has been upgraded, including plot. Thank you very much.
I have linked all the Rices. Please let me know if there is anything else that you would like added.

Thank you so much! I don't live in MA. I live in Florida, we moved when I was little, but a lot of our family is still up there. I really appreciate you doing what you do, it means a lot. Today is his birthday so thank you for making it memorable and more pleasant. It's nice to know where he is.

Thank you very much for finding this and taking a photo. I didn't know where my dad was buried. I was young when he died and there was no funeral. Do you mind if I take a copy the photo for myself and my family? Thank you again.

Linda - Thank you so much for the info. I feel like quite a dummy. Have searched Ancestry.com, New England Historical Society, etc. - coming up blank for years. Don't know why I didn't think about FamilySearch. Apparently they've added a ton of new records in recent years. I was researching this family for someone else, so I'm not related either. So relieved to finally have this name! Thanks again, Gayle.

Hi. I see on the record you created for James A. Morse (1839-1918), buried Millbury Central Cemetery, that you list his parents as Alfred Morse and Mary A. (Marsh) Morse. I've never been able to determine Mary A's last name. Do you have a record that shows that her last name is Marsh? If so, would you be willing to share it with me, or point me in the right direction to find it? Thanks!
