Bio Photo I do genealogical research and love to go to cemeteries. Valhalla Cemetery is 10 mins. from my house so I go there a lot.Other cemeteries I go to are Forestlawn - Hollywood Hills, Forestlawn - Glendale, Mt. Sinai - Hollywood Hills, Grandview -Glendale, Los Angeles National Cemetery, Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Hollywood and sometimes to Ft. Rosecrans National Cem. in San Diego. My pride and joy is doing research on all the Burbank boys who were killed in WWII, Korea & Vietnam from the City of Burbank who are listed on our local war memorial and also the boys from the City of Glendale, California that were killed. I aslo enjoy taking pictures of Medal Of Honor Headstones. The Surnames I am researching are: Mustion, Hilton, Miller,Coursey, Overturf, Cordell, Crouch, Longnecker, Freeland, Coldiron, Edwards, Hansen, Woodson, Jarrett, Arman, Vernor, Perry, Lock.

Ermon Williams
Could you tell me if Ermon Williams first wife was Beatrice Hardesty? She was my great-aunt. This is her husbands name. She died of influenze while she was pregnant. I don't have any other information on him. I do have a copy of their marriage license. Thanks for your help.

Thank You so much for taking and posting photos. I see from your Bio that you do "Very Important Work" for our veterans!! Thank You for that work also!! I work with a group who's mission it is to locat relatives of veterans who's graves are "Unmarked", mainly in the Northwest, and obtain markers and set them thru the VA. I got into this work because of a photo request that I posted. So as a Veteran, thru Find A Grave, I have meet some very "Special People". I am honored to add your name to that list. With Warmest Regards! David

Lester and Orma Hull headstone
Thx so much for taking and posting this picture! The inscription makes it crystal clear that these two were sisters. Lester is such a strange name for a woman that the genealogy info has gotten confused and she is listed in some places as a male. I have seen her name as Lura Lester, Lester Lura, Laura Lester, etc. Clearly she was known as Lester and was Orma's sister - neither of them were ever married and the ended up sharing a home later in life when they moved to So Cal.
