Oh my gosh, Jean, thank you so very much for his headstone photo; it means a lot to me! I hope you didn't have to trek like crazy to find it. I deeply appreciate your kindness and selflessness.
My best wishes for you and yours,

Thanks for that link, Jean, I was unaware of that database. For Walter T Cleary, it shows section 5, range 113, grave 39. To try to discern whether it's in Vets or not, I put the word Vet into the section field with no other criteria and sure enough there are many that spell out "5 Vets," so Walter's listing only showing "5" may mean he's in the singles section, which would make it harder on you.
I have a feeling that if I did call the cemetery they'd be using this exact same database and we wouldn't receive additional information, but hopefully that range and grave number will help, if the cemetery is properly marked. I deeply appreciate you trying (please don't make a special, separate trip just for this one request and there is no rush, whatsoever) and if you don't end up finding it at all due to the difficulty, I'll understand.
Thanks for your efforts on my behalf, Jean!

Sorry, Jean, I should have mentioned he was enlisted in the Army in 1942 "for the duration" of the war and his Ohio death record, which I didn't notice before, shows "never married." Maybe he'll be in the vets section, but I'll gladly call if you think the cemetery gives out location info.
