I'm a scavenger, historian, author of 10 books, sometime a child, an archaeologist, a functionalist, a resourceful treasure hunter, a collector, a recycler, a junk dealer, a student of mortuary science, a poet, an artist, a tinker, a gardener, a docent and retired. I also volunteer and work at the historical Kelton House Museum and Garden in Columbus, Ohio and serve on the advisory of the Underground Railroad. I have a passion for historical cemeteries and of those interred and hold an interest in the underground railroad, southern plantations and the movement of slaves north seeking freedom.

|frwill48||Joseph Rockwell Swan - 3 of them|
Dear Mr Miller:
I am trying to find the family linkage of three men named "Joseph Rockwell Swan" so the linkage can be added to Find A Grave.
For the JRS for whom you created a F A G memorial, I found the following biography https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Rockwell_Swan_(politician) It states that this Mr Rockwell was born in Westerville,Oneida County, New York.
In Forest Hill Cemetery, Utica, NY, also Oneida County, I found a Swan Family lot in Plot 41. This Joseph Rockwell Swan was born in 1842 and died in Utica in 1901. I could not find an internet biography on him. He was married to Emma Mann Swan who is also buried in Plot 41 with their Son Andrews Swan (Sept 9, 1873 - Dec 5, 1873. Also in this family lot is Sophia Mann Swan Kernan (1871 - 1967).
On the internet I found a third Joseph Rockwell Swan (1875 - 1965).
I am assuming that these are all related and are three successive generations.
Would you have any information to help me link these men and other family members?
