On my father's side Steinberg, Koerner(Körner), Zahn, Goembel, Schroen, Knauer, Attig, Flessner, Hartman/Hartmann, Wrede, Puckett, Kuntz, Dietz, Haag, Drendel, Ebert, Somers, Gassler, Lutz, Voss, Metz, McDermott, Ebert, Ellinger, Hahn, Knecht, Hoffman, Sadler, Voigt, Wagner, Prouty, McCabe, Marth, Kuntz, Shafer or Schaeffer or Schaefer or Schafer, Schneider, Thomas, Freise, Kukuck, Soucie, Orwig, Brand, Knoll, Bacon, Lutz and many more.

On my mother's side Schade/Blundy, Longland, Welch/Welsh Maher, Popejoy, Goembel, Ruppel, Berlet, Deany, Jacobs, Hummel, Kief, Lovell, Sadler, Ward, Elliott, Wurzburger, Schroen, Grosenbach, Goembel, Metz, Puckett, Ferguson, Day, Dietz, Saathoff, Riegel, Wrede, Fatka, Knapp, Kurtenbach, Roth, Vance, Kuntz, Gentry, Shafer, Cook, Culumber, Schafer, Scheaffer/Schaeffer, Wrede, Wertz. The Schade's and Blundy's had lots of reunions. Many more names too numerous to name on both sides of the family.

In my research in Germany, my German researcher found that the Steinberg's and Schade's were very close with each other. In fact, they were godfather and godmother for each other's children.
In my research on my mother's side I had a wonderful England researcher that gave me so much information to hold on to for safe keeping as well as a German Researcher.

In memory of my wonderful husband who passed away in 1993. The Adams Havener(Havenar) Cameron Families are very special to me as everyone was very close and we were all together in large groups. They are: Adams, Havener/Havenar, Cameron, Blair, Jacobs, Lucas, Kramer, Hoffman, Friend, Smith, Stoner, Blakeman, Workman, Cox, Bramel, Enlow, Upton, Tipton, Sligar, Moffet, Rice, Ferguson, Colclasure, Pence, Jeffers, Welch, Klineman and so many more names. I have done extensive work and researching with many documents of the Havener family. Many great memories of the Adams and Havener family and all descendants. Many were very close to each other - Lots and lots of reunions - in June and December.

In my partner's family now are: Gregory/Thompson and Weakley-Weakly families - Dobson, Jordan, Downs, Beckett, Downs, Eckhardt, Winchell, Marshall, Smith, Shride, Hawley, Parks, Roan, Thomas, Sheppard - lots of connections and family names in the Moultrie & Shelby Counties. I have been working on the Gregory/Weakly family for approximately 20 years now with one very special aunt. Many names in these two families.

I have been working on these family trees for over 55+ years on and off - in those years I worked as an executive secretary and raised two children. It takes a lot of time and effort to document all "sources" of your information. My families contribute to a large family tree. I have between 60,000-75,000 names in my family trees.

I have walked many cemeteries to find these families. I have gone to a few different counties in Illinois: Livingston, Woodford, Tazewell, Peoria, Kankakee, Ford, Macon, Sangamon, Coles, Christian, Moultrie, Champaign, Moultrie, Dewitt, and Shelby. Some of the counties I would not be in until summer time.

I believe Find A Grave is a wonderful site. Any questions or corrections, please do not hesitate to contact me.
