I am related to some degree to 95% of the memorials I have posted and manage. I am happy to transfer management of memorials, but only if I have no known relation to the individual. If I do not respond to a transfer request, it just means that I have a relationship to the individual in question and wish to maintain the memorial. In that event, I am happy to consider any requests to update or add information posted on the memorial.
