My interest in family history began in my teens, but I didn't begin active research until 1997 when I acquired my first PC. My father had been researching through his LDS church for many years and had gone back as far as Isaac Brown, but it was Joan Case who found for him our connection to Isaac's father, Joel, and on back to Thomas.
