I started doing genealogy about 25 years ago off and on. I never knew my father's mother or father and wanted to. I had heard stories about them and became really curious. My dad was only 6 years old when my Grandfater died soooo the search began, and then find-a-grave.

If I can help anyone just let me know and I will do my best.

Nevermind! I'm going to have to visit Watts Cemetery, as the WPA records I have say he was buried in the McIntyre, but a reading done in 2000 says he is in the Watts.

Yes they are buried in the McIntyre Cemetery. I hope to be able to dig for Joseph's stone, as it was there at some time, but I figure it probably fell over and got covered up.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!

I was wondering where you found the info that they are buried in the Watts Cemetery in unmarked graves. My sources say they are buried in the McIntyre / McIntire Cemetery and that at the time it was recorded, Joseph did have a stone.

Hope this is of assistance!
(This is the same Eli from the Tyler County FB page).

Becky, I'm happy to find a living Kellum! Your father must be Curtis Kellum? My great grandmother is his sister Maude (Kellum) James Ray. I will write email to you so we can share information.

Dear Becky,

Great name by the way!! It is my honor and pleasure to help get these photos taken for our veterans. My husband's uncle is buried there at the Manila American Cemetery too. If you click on the photo of his grave marker you will see the name of the nice lady that took the photo for us, I just upload for this site!

Best regards,
