I have been doing Genealogy for several years, and I love taking pictures, so this seems like the perfect place for me to hang out. I have run across so many family members while climbing my own family tree that I woud love to have a gravestone picture of just to verify dates, and also feel it is a way to connect with them, but most of my family are from a different state so I can't just jump in the car and run pop a few pics, I just feel like if I can help someone else I will be rewarded with the help I need, and that phiosophy seems to be working very well, I have gotten several of those wish picures, and even broken a brick wall or 2.|
If you see anything wrong with any of my listings or pictures please feel free to let me know and I will gladly make the necessary changes, no disespect is intended by a mistake. Also if you see a listing that belongs to your family members or friends and you would like to take it over I will gladly transfer it to you.
Since teaming up with my friend Dave our goal is making our way through all the Marion County Florida Cemeteries we can find.
I have listed several of my personal family members on this site. If you request transfers for them I will NOT transfer them. So please do not continue asking.

Never mind. I found her, She was another of those that are listed on Find A Grave but their search didn't find her!

John Wesley Sears was the father of my G grandfather's (Joseph W Perkins) first wife Celia Sears (1873-1896). Do you have any information about her? I'm trying to find her grave. In 1917 JWP said that she died in Clate in Knox Co.

Hello again Teresa,
I mentioned in one of my earlier messages to you that i thought i had found 3 of my Great cousins in Greenwood cemetery buried with their mother Dollie Johnson but was looking for proof, Well i have it for Merle Johnson, i have 2 obits, her fathers and her brothers naming her last name as Costella,, of course they butchered the name in both Obits but the spelling is so close it cant me denied they were spelling the same name, Also i looked at the parents that are listed in her Memorial, Letitia and Silas,, although they do live in Bainbridge and have a daughter named Merle , she is born in 1910 not 1921 like my kin, and shes still living at home in bainbridge in 1940, the obit for Merle said she was a resident of Ocala for 68 years in 1999. I have sudgested a EDIT on the memorial for her mother and as soon as that clears i will add her father, if you could take the other parents names off her Memorial i would appreciate it,, thank you so much for taking care of these Memorials.

Based on my research, Hansford did not have a sister named Alice that you mention on his memorial.
He was son of Christopher Columbus Price and Effie Daniel.
1911 – 1911
1912 – 1912
1913 – 1989
1915 – 1976
Evelina Gertie Price
1919 – 1988
1920 – 1972
Mary Rachel Price
1925 – 2003
Are you sure that Alice is not his wife?

Martha M Tomlinson was b Martha Matilda Mills c1846 in Ware now Atkinson Co, GA, d/o Frederick Jackson Mills & Mary Sears. I believe that a strong wire brush applied to her marker will show that she died in 1892, not 1882, and that her hb was not A Tomlinson. He was James A Tomlinson 1846-1910, bur Lott Cem, Waycross. She was his 2/w, 2 more followed her. Ch by wf 1 and 3 also. More info on those in other Find-a-Grave entries.

|Kent Barnes||RE: Dollie Johnson|
Thank you very much.
When i get confirmation on their 3 daughters names i will contact you. I think they are buried with Dollie because i have found 3 women that their first names and dob match, but their married names do not. so since i can not say it is them for sure i do not wish to confuse people..
Thank you again .
