Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been researching my family tree for 30 years+. As a genealogist, I realized early on in my quest for information that documentation is very important. And visited all the cemetery's that my family was believed to be interred. I started taking photos of all their headstones. Then someone asked me one day not to long ago about my parents and why they had markers in two places and told me about this project. My families include Doernbach,Rapp,Walz,Jobs,Sagers,Heuples,Bartz,Locks,Jakubowski,Holendorf,Held,Andersen,Javes, Eklund, D'Agostino, Romeo and many more. My family is so spread out that it takes allot of my spare time just tracking down every branch.

I have recently started helping my wife with her family, the Shalz's from Kansas to California

RE: Tidwell Family Cemetery
There was no way to connect my great great grandfather to the Tidwell listed without entering a new entry. The information on the Tidwell Cemetery is incorrect. Hugh William Tidwell is the son of Hugh William Sr. Just trying to click to my family. We are related to this group.

If you can have them edit their listing so that we may click the two families together that would be great.

RE: Common relatives
Hi Walter,
I don't think so. I do a couple of memorials a week and when I do one, I do the research on them and try and find all the related memorials to the one that I am doing and sometimes I get carried away with my research.

RE: Birkelbach Evangelical Church Cemetery
If you can send me the Birkelbach history electronically, I can help translating some of it for the cemetery front page.

RE: Birkelbach Evangelical Church Cemetery
Thanks. Once you find the "real" German name for the cemetery, you can have it fixed through the "Cemetery Fix Threat" in the Forums. The period of repose rule is in effect for all cemeteries, communal, denominational, or whatever (between 15 and 40 years), only Honorary or War graves remain forever. I have the "Cemetery Regulations" for the Kirchenspiel Birkelbach, and the period is between 30 and 40 years. Can be extended by 10 years for several times.
I just came across your entry "by mistake", I just finished placing all 23 cemeteries of Bad Berleburg onto Findagrave: example
Friedhof Elsoff
Have a nice day. Thanks

Birkelbach Evangelical Church Cemetery
Thank you for creating the Friedhof Birkelbach:

All the memorials that have a grave marker icon DO NOT have a grave marker, all it is, is usually a distant view of the village. Not quite what the administrators of Findagrave have in mind. Please only use the stone icon for actual grave marker photos. Also the name of your cemetery should be what its known as locally, an English translation can be added into the "bio" of the cemetery. Can you also add that the period of repose is 40 years.

Also "Siegen" is incorrect. Birkelbach is part of Erndtebrück.

Thank you

Thank you for all the work you have done documenting the graves of veterans in Atlantic County and grave sites in Zion Cemetery.

RE: Fred' Immendorf
Walter, the data posted of the cemetery is accurate. Some folks were notified and if they had the money, the deceased was moved to a designated cemetery, otherwise they went with the unclaimed. Is this Fred related to you? Do you know who the wife was? Jane

Fred' Immendorf
This is confusing, there are "Three" of the same name in the same time frame and in Mt. Moriah and or Union 6th st Cemetery.
Will try to clear this up tomorrow. Thanks, Jane
