RE: Photo Request Duane Carey 59256785
Thank you for the information on Duane Carey. I am helping on a WWII KIA project by requesting photos so Duane is not related to me. I have passed your message on to the person doing this project.

RE: Donald Ray Holder
Let me forward you to the Find A Grave memorial I made on her husbands family. I don't have time to recreate what I have. If you look through this and still have questions feel free to ask.

Nope wasn't me, I did that a couple of years ago. Are you sure you were in the correct area. I know Rosemont actually consists of 2 cemeteries, it's combined with Hebrews Rest. There is really no markings that I could find. I had an old mortician from WF contact me and give me a history lesson on it lol. I don't know what to tell you, good luck, may just be a glitch in Find A Grave..

Gerald Jones Grave Marker
Hi Donald,
I had to search for him since you didn't provide the memorial #, I found 2 memorials for him # 59260753 which is the one I added my photo to, is in Rosemont. I photographed all of that cemetery. The other memorial was # 114135054 in Crestview, I never photographed any stones there, have no ideal where couch potato got that pic. Maybe he was originally buried in Rosemont then moved. He is listed in the Rosemont burial records as being buried Jan 3, 2000. I cant find a Crestview list but you may check with them....If you go to
the city has burial records for Hillcrest, Lakeview,
Riverside and Rosemont. I completed Hillcrest, Rosemont & lakeview a few yrs ago and by no means were those records complete or accurate. Sorry I can't be more help...Just curious as why there is a photo request for him when he already has a photo??

RE: Delphia
Still no luck in finding Ruben Holder in Find A Grave. The grandson doesn't know for sure where he is buried at. Have to get hold of a remaining daughter-in-law she may know. Have to go through several other relatives to get to her. Found our Rubien in the SS death index. It shows him being born in Kentucky. DOB May 4, 1889 and DOD July of 1980 in Kentucky. He and Delphia lived in Metropolis Il which is right across the Ohio river from Kentucky. The headstone according to the grandson has Delphia inscribed on it but since she died in Texas it would have cost too much money to have her shipped back to be buried next to Ruben (Rubien). There is also his registration card for WWII and it lists his fathers name. I believe that Kentucky has his mother and fathers names listed on one of the records that I looked at today. They too were listed as being born in Kentucky. He may be related to your clan but you will have to figure that out. If I find anything else I will let you know.

Thomas J. Holder
Donald: I have been looking on for a grave marker for Thomas J. Holder who I understand was the son of Alfred and Mary Holder who are buried in the Daughtrey Cem. in Dade Co., MO. And it's my understanding that Thomas J. is buried in that cemetery also. I see on that two people have posted a photo of the gravestone of Thomas J. Do you know anything about Thomas J.'s burial site? I have the memorial of his wife, Mary Jane Sloan Holder Daughtrey, who is buried in the Round Grove Cemetery in Lawrence Co., MO.

Thanks! Lynda West Hahn

William Pryor Holder
You have done a wonderful job researching the Holder family, thank you. I am related to William Pryor Holder and his wife Emily Elizabeth Jordan via my 3rd great grandfather. Would you consider transferring William's memorial to me so that I can write his biography and link him to family members, or would you rather I sent you the information I have.
Thank you,
Susan Bruffey Lehman
