I live in Wisconsin, and I've created memorials for most graves located in Ashland, Bayfield, and Price Counties. (The Price Co. info is courtesy of the Price County Genealogical Society).|
By adding all these memorials, I'm hoping I'll be able to help someone in their research. If you found something I added to Findagrave helpful, needs correction, or if you have a bio or photo to add, please feel free to email me.
If you need help with researching your family history, I might not be of much help, but I can probably point you in the right direction (of who might be of more assistance).
Sometimes it takes me a while to reply to e-mails, because sometimes I check my messages infrequently. But I try to get back to everyone as soon as I'm able.

Me again, Albert's mother did remarry to a John Symmonds, which is why she is not listed In the Villa Grove Cem as a DeLoach. Checking now to see if she is there as a Symmonds.

|Juliaom||Albert Frank DeLoach|
Today I heard back from Mr. Faust who is keeper of the Records for Villa Grove Cemetery, in Villa Grove, Douglas Co, IL.
He stated that Albert Frank DeLoach is buried in the Villa Grove Cemetery, and date of death is 17 December 1944, (France).
He is buried in plot with father George Albert DeLoach who died on 03 March 1929and his brother John DeLoach who died on 20 Jan 1914 as a child.
I put your Memorial number on his Memorial, you might put the Illinois Memorial on your Memorial as well.
His Villa Grove Cem Memorial is #79290860.
There is no record of his mother Olivia Elizabeth Slayden DeLoach being in the Villa Grove Cem, and she may have remarried after spouse George died in 1929. She died in 1958.

Finally I found someone in Villa Grove, IL who takes care of the Villa Grove Cemeteries. He was in his car but said he would look when he got to his home. I will let you know if we determin that Albert is indeed in Villa Grove, and the marker in Kennan Cem in Price Co, WI is just a memorial.
Funny thy would have him there, however in 1940 he and wife Marie lived in St. Paul, MN and in 1942 they lived in Chattanooga TN. He was born in IL.
His parents are George Albert DeLoach and Olivia Elizabeth Slayden. They are also buried in Villa Grove.

Thank You SO MUCH for the pictures you took of Katherine Hjort's Grave Marker. She was my husband's Maternal Great Grandmother. Imagine my surprise & joy when I found this! AWESOME! I see there are about 3 Carl Hjort's in this Cemetary.
Is there anyway of understanding who's who?

my name is Maria from Sweden, I am related to Bertha Dunn and through you I have found her grave. She died in 1976 January 17, born 1914. Know that she had two sons but can not find these people even though I tried in family history program. I found a letter she wrote to my grandfather and I want so much to find these people who are my cousins. Berthas mother ang father emigrated from Sweden 1892.
best regards Maria Myhrer

Thanks for linking Frances with her parents and her husband. It helps show where all the family ended up.
|Johannes G Hospel||Dear Find A Grave Lady|
I have a unique spelling question. Please look at the following link:
It does not fit in with spelling of the typical Behrendt spellings. Could it be a misspelling. If so, please change it and all is well.
If it is correct, please accept my apology for keeping you away from all the other questions. You have been very busy and I am impressed.
Johannes G Hospel
Thank you for the transfer
