Bio and Links
Bio Photo Genealogy is my hobby. My family names are, Collard, Padgett, Sharp, Carter and Tamsett. My husband Dwayne and I share an ancestor. Elijah Collard of 1824 is my 3 great grandfather and Dwayne's 2 great. His family names are Collard, Graham, Severs, Tucker and Davis. Find a Grave has been a big help in my research so I am adding to it so maybe other researchers will benefit from what I have added. If anyone sees a mistake in what I have posted please let me know. Also if someone wants to manage their families memorial I will transfer management to them.

If anyone wants to use any of my pictures in their Family Trees on Ancestry feel free to use them. Genealogy is sharing info, pictures etc. That is what these sites are for as well as honoring and remembering our family and friends.

Glynda, I wish to commend you for an a job well done. You have contributed greatly to a fuller understanding of our family heritage. I would like to comment on the marker for Rev. Murray: This marker is in the Mount Zion Cemetery in Banner (which before 1883 was in Independence Co), AR, for Rev. James Wimberly Murray of the Methodist Episcopal Church who is said to be the first person buried in the cemetery. The marker is inaccurate for two reasons. The date of death was not 1865, but 18 June 1861 and he was not killed by Jayhawkers, but by his neighbors who accused him of being an abolitionist. He was shot in his front yard at Cedar Grove.

Homer Smith
Hello, My name is Dale M Grimes. Homer Smith Memorial # 93185003 is not the son of Bradley Benton Smith and Callie May (Grimes) Smith. Bradley and Callie did have a son named Homer but he was born Jan 12 1920 and married Bettie Bullard. Homer's 4th great grandfather was William Grimes and so was mine. We have different lines but the same 4th great grandfather. His is from the Luke Grimes line and mine is from the John Grimes line. They were brothers. I see you have done a lot of work in find a grave and would like to say thank you.

Smith family buried at Mount Zion Cemetery
Hi Glynda noticed you're memorials for Martha Christine Tinkle and George Washington Smith and family, and wondered if you may be related to the family?

I am distantly related Martha's sister Sarah Elizabeth Tinkle-Rand was my 3rd Great Grandmother, i've been researching alot on the Tinkle line lately.
