Bio and Links
Bio Photo like everyone else, I do make mistakes. i think our loved ones deserve the respect we can give them through find-A-grave. sponsor a loved one. i will gladly transfer memorials to family members who want to build their memorials as long as they are not related to me. if I have added a photo to a memorial of yours you wish me to remove please let me know along with the f.a.g memorial number. Please ask before using one of my cemetery photo,s. I have done the leg work the least others can do is ask. I sometimes send out obituaries to a memorial, this is to help connect deceased family members. I want to thank everyone that has help link family members to their memorials. thank you one and all.

mike.

P.S.
Thank you for taking such a nice headstone photo.
Appreciate it very much especially when we live too far to come.
I put in 1,500 from a small cemetery that boarded another smaller cemetery with nothing between them so know it does get confusing. Glad you are there to straighten it out. Wish you the very best, Donna

Alumbaugh
Hi Mike,

William and Hattie Alumbaugh's death certificates said they were buried in the Talmadge Cemetery.
It was my understanding that the T. M. Lakes Cemetery was that cemetery.
You took the headstone photo I think at my request and did not make any mention it was not in the T.M. Lakes cemetery so makes me think T. M. is in the right cemetery.
I had a lady contact me that said the Cemetery Board had them in the Tal Martin Cemetery but I have seen errors in their records before.
I see she also just duplicated my memorial on William today with incorrect information. I have asked her to remove the duplication.
Sorry this is so long but a little frustrating on my end. Donna

T.M. Lakes and Tal Martin Cemeteries
Laura Durham is my grandmother and her death certificate list her in Tal Martin. I have received a post from James Cope that the two cemeteries are adjacent from each other. Would you please see if you can find her? I have a memorial set up for her, #150642852, but I may need to change it.
I have been working with a Jackson County Cemetery Board member that has given me a compiled list for Tal Martin Cemetery to enter, however I am finding the graves listed under T.M. Lakes Cemetery in Find A Grave sooooo I'm not sure what to do because I don't have a contact number for either cemetery. But if you would try to find my Grandmother that would be GREAT and please take note if she is buried around and loved ones; these would be the names: Patterson, Hatfield, Lady or Keaton as she was born to parents Alexander Patterson and Sarah Hatfield, married a Lady then a Elijah Keaton (my grandfather buried in Richmond) and then a Thomas Durham.

T.M. Lakes Cemetery
Hey Mike, is there a chance that T.M.(Tom Milt)Lakes Cemetery was re-named from the Tal Martin Cemtery? I am finding a lot of graves listed as T.M. Lakes but according to the Jackson County Cemetery Board they would have been listed under Tal Martin....

Cunfussed and looking for a loved one, that's all

Photo Fulfillment
Mike,

Thanks so much for posting the headstone photo for James Travis Russell from the Winchester Cemetery. Sorry it has taken me so long to send my thanks - lots going on this summer.

Are you a descendant of James Shelton and Martha Spradley? My great grandfather was their son.

Thanks again,

okfever

Kenneth Michael Wilson #125142393
Mr. Shelton, Thank you for all you do on Find A Grave. Kenneth Michael Wilson is not in this cemetery at Verne. This cemetery is off Highway 904 which is off 92E. The obituary says he is buried at Woodbine.

RE: your mother
That would be nice if someone were to do that. But, in this case I don't see it happening. In Mom's bio, I had that she was my mother. Findagrave took the photo I uploaded of her, stuck it with a copied obituary a stranger had put up, then deleted my, the actual family member's memorial. I never got the chance to add important info to her bio. Like when she divorced our dad, who our dad was....etc. That was just heartless.

Sarah Alice Waddle Owens.

The Kentucky Death Records show date of death as 22 March 1925. You have May and I don't know if you checked cemetery records or the stone has worn so much it was not possible to read it clearly. The information is on Ancestry under: Kentucky, Death Records, 1852-1963.

Thanks for all you do on Find A Grave. Linda
