I would be more than happy to transfer any memorials other than those I manage of my own family. Please use the Edit button to make sure I transfer the right person to you.|
Please feel 110% free to use any of my images for your personal use. However, I would appreciate a credit for the photographs so that other researchers can trace the image back to the original source.
I try to be as accurate as I can with my transcribing. If you see any mistakes, I'd be grateful for an edit. If you'd like to send me information to add to a page, please make sure you have done your due diligence. If you send me a date, you should have a source. That being said, there is a good chance that I will transfer the memorial to you because you now know more about that person that I do and will be much better equipped to deal with any future edits.
I have had a number of questions about when I took some of the photographs. Whenever I photograph an entire cemetery I do my best to compare the headstone information with a transcription of said cemetery when I am entering the information on Find A Grave. Below is a list of the cemeteries and the date when I photographed every visible headstone:
Saint Annes Church Cemetery, BC - Aug 12, 2012
Carmel Conception (new), SK - May 15, 2013
Golden Bay Lutheran, MB - July 25, 2013
Saint Ouens Pentecostal Cemetery, MB - July 25, 2013
Zion Lutheran, MB - July 25, 2013
Carmel Conception (old), SK - July 28, 2013
Oxbow Cemetery, SK - July 26 & 27, 2013 (note: completely photographed but I am still uploading photographs to Find A Grave)
Oakland Cemetery, ON - Oct 3 & 6, 2013 (note: all headstones photographed and uploaded to Find A Grave but the large columbarium structure in the center of the cemetery yet to be photographed)
This is a pastime of mine, so please understand if I do not get back to you right away.

Thank you so much for all the photos that you are taking in SK!
I am delighted when I see a photo you did on a memorial that I maintain. Thank you! And I think the plastic marker picture on a memorial is very appropriate. As you mentioned, that may be the only marker the person ever has. So please feel free to post the plastic markers on any memorial that I maintain. If we get a picture of a permanent marker we can decide if we want to remove the plastic marker picture or not.
And thank you, also, for the transfers!

I removed the request. I didn't know I could do a copy and paste.
I thought you posted some pictures on Ancestry.com as I saw "yoyolli" somewhere on that site. If you are not related to Tunison/McGivern then nevermind, sorry to have bothered you.
Jack is my uncle and the picture of the man in the suit is actually my father, Jack's brother, Ed or Eddie as he was called. I don't have any photos of Jack and/or Mal so would love to connect with you. I'm assuming you are on Mal's side of the family. Hope to hear from you. My email is:

I have a copy of the list if you'd like me to send it to you. The only Tunison recorded as being interred in Flagtown is Jacob (1851-1873). There's another cemetery just down the road in Neshanic - is it possible that Tunis could be there? There's no record of an Elizabeth Whitenack, but there IS an Elizabeth Stryker (with the notation of Wife of ____). Dates for her are 1833-1879. Could that be your 4x GGM?
I will update the records for Tunis and Elizer and see what I can do about tracking down Tunis himself.
Let me know if you'd like a copy of the list - it's possibly the most useful document to have when it comes to cemetery record completion!

Extreme apologizes, you are correct Gustav and Dorothy are buried in Oxbow, I was getting confused with his father Martin and wife Dorothea. Thanks for all of your work.

Gustav and Dorothy are buried at the Govan or Strasbourg Cemeteries aren't they? As they were living there when they passed away.

There's a small cabin at the rear of the cemetery that lists all people interred within. That's really the only record I have. What is your grandmother's name? Does she have a picture uploaded?
Let me know if I can help in any way.
