RE: George Gurfreund 1920 census
Just noticed something. I have death year of 1930 for George, son of George & Catherine. Not sure where I got that. Most likely a ancestry family tree. I have been meaning to find other verification on this. If son George had died at the end of 1930, he could have been buried in 1931.

Geo Gutfreund
I linked him to his wife; after unlinking the other one.

RE: George Gurfreund 1920 census
I agree with you about the one dying in Cincy being correct one . Too much coincidence. I have found no dc for a George dying in 1931 in either KY or Ohio. I will unlink him from Catherine and just leave it.

I think the cemetery records from St Joseph in Wilder are incomplete. Would make researching easier if there was an age listed or a reburial note.

George Goodfreund
Just wish the parents were listed on the 1922 death cert in Ohio. I think I linked the one listed as buried in 1931 as is in the same cemetery as the late wife. it IS totally possible that this is the right George and someone in the family had him reburied later with the wife. There is no confirmation on this.

I cannot find a KY nor Ohio DC for a George dying in 1931. I think I will put a notation on my family tree about the 1922 Ohio death. It DOES list him as dying at Longview. And the 1920 census has a George about the right age as an inmate there. Question is: IS the George that was in Longview the same one as the son of Ignatz & Magdalena Baumann? That one DID marry Catherine Ritzi. I have extensive history on the Ritzi family as well as the Goodfriends. One of my ancestors whose wife died young had a Ritzi raise their youngest daughter. And another of my ancestors' sister married a Goodfriend.

George Goodfriend
I do have a note that in 1920 census, he was listed as an inmate at Longview Hospital. By then his wife, Catherine Ritzi Goodfriend had already died. She died in 1904 and does have a stone at St Joseph's in Wilder.

The only source I have on the family tree program for the 1931 death was the burial date. He had 6 children with his wife.

In 1910, he was living as a hired hand to a John Wolfson on Licking Pike.

George seemed to be a common name in the Gutfreund family. I see four listed as St Joseph's in Wilder.

I do see a son of this couple named George who was born in 1880. The other two are not accounted for. Not sure how I figured out this was the correct George.

George Goodfriend
This is St Joseph in WIlder's listing for him on the Campbell Co, Ky GenWeb:

Goodfriend, George br-1931

His name is listed in red meaning he most likely has no stone; record was from the church cemetery listing done by Keith Geiman.

RE: Martin Mathias Gutfreund
I have added it. And corrected the memorial. I guess whoever paid for his stone did not have the correct birth year. That sure happens a lot.

I came across the flowers you left on James C Falls memorial (149399636). Are you related to him?

RE: Bobby Adler
Kenny, Thank you so very much for letting me know of my error. I try very hard to get my information correct and this must have been one of my late nights documentations. I have corrected this and appreciate you for seeing this. Are you related to the Adlers? His wife is my cousin and her brother told me about him.

You are the greatest.
