Bio and Links
Bio Photo I grew up in Colorado and also spent some time in Arizona. I moved to Florida about 15 years ago and love it here! I love history and being able to help others find a piece of their own family history. I really appriciate the photo's that other volunteers have taken of my ancestors!

Agnes Archer Wellman
Hello, I noticed in the messages about Agnes Archer's father being Patrick Archer. We now have DNA evidence that Agnes is related to the Benjamin Archer (1727) line from New Jersey and British Isles. This is an entirely different line than the Patrick line.

Also do you know if there are anymore Archers in this cemetery?

Thanks,
Cynthia Archer

Manning Carter duplicate grave photo
Shannon, would you kindly remove the duplicate photo you posted on Manning's memorial page showing the full grave marker? I have a family photo of Manning with his brothers that I would like to post in it's place. Thanks again.

RE: Hunt graves Ridgelawn cemetery
Hi Shannon -
YAY! Thank you so much! I am so glad that you found Mary's grave and were able to get a picture. And yes, please, do post the rest of the family. I only knew that her son, Archie was buried there, so any other info that you can provide to me will be great!
Thanks again!

RE: Wellman pics
Also, notice that her actual marker has Agness not Agnes & that is what I came up w/ from elsewhere. I also came up w/ her parents being, Patrick Archer & Mary Weaver Archer (Both B: Ireland & marr'd there).

RE: Wellman pics
You're very welcome.

I also have other info I found on him:

He died in Bellaire of Belmont Co.

He & Agnes Marr'd:
1789, Marshall Co., Moundsville, VA (Now, WV)

He & Agnes also had a dau.:
Mary Wellman Stewart
8/15/1796, OH Co., VA (Now, Brooke Co., WV)-7/31/1880
Marr'd: 1821, W/O Jas. Stewart (1794-1854)
Unfortunately, that is all I have on her.

RE: Rudolph & Agness Wellman
Dear Shannon,
I remember you now. I too have pictures of their grave sites,ue, James and his wife. You probably posted them.
I have many pictures of our ancestors grave sites in Urbana and elsewhere on my Familytreemaker site. I also have a copy of Samuels letters written to his brother Moses both in 1837 & 1842 from Belmont, Ohio.
I have put forth hundreds of dollars trying to find the true parents of Rudolph to no avail but I will keep trying. I am now thinking that Rudolph may have been his middle name but not sure.
If you wish to contact me it would be so much easier to e-mail me at kinder52438@sbcglobal.net

Rudolph & Agness Wellman
Hello Shannon,
My name is Rev. Claude Kinder and not being able to travel because of health reasons, I was wondering if you could take a picture of Rudolph and Agness Wellmas tombstone. If there is a fee let me know and I will send it before you send it to me.
Thanks ever so much.
