Live in Eastern Mass. Looking for gravestones from places as varied as New England, New York, Pittsburgh, PA, New Jersey, Ohio, Louisville and Glasgow, KY.|
My two family history blogs can be found at From Maine to Kentucky and A Jewish Genealogy Journey.
I enjoy photographing tombstones in Jewish cemeteries. For help in reading Hebrew, I suggest JewishGen's Reading Hebrew Tombstones at http://www.jewishgen.org/InfoFiles/tombstones.html.

No Prob, thanks for taking care of it.
You loaded a photo to memorial 128567195. But the dates look like the photo should actually belong to another Max Cohen memorial 122135577. I added photo requests for the correct Max, as well as one for his wife Fannie. Could you please migrate the picture to those memorials?

First wife Gertrude Balkan and second wife Miriam (Goldman) Cohen Balkan are next door in David Vicur Cholim. Contributor is descendant of second wife. I don't know why moe would be in a different cemetery, but his mother in-law is in DVC as well.
I'm out of photo requests today, but I will try to request one for Gertrude soon.

I'd be happy to do it, but not until September. I'm going on an extended trip.

Thanks so much for the photos, Elizabeth. I didn't realize that the memorials had no plot info. I see you found them, anyway. I do appreciate the favor.
I wish you all the best.
