Native Texan researching my family tree. My families are Hennig, Stehle, Schaub, Schostag, Powitzky and Lehr. I've had a fascination for cemeteries for as long back as I can remember. I've hiked across things you wouldn't even imagine to document them. I've spent days walking grids in abandoned cemeteries looking for relatives. I can't pass a headstone that's half buried without digging it out and cleaning it up. |
They all tell a story about a life that should be remembered. I'm happy to take pictures anywhere in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. Also in my travels around Texas researching my tree I often photo entire cemeteries.
If I can help in or out of a cemetery with your research - just shoot me an email. I'm always happy to help. Any photo I've posted on find-a-grave feel free to use in your genealogy information.

Thank you, I do appreciate it. Have a blessed week. Virginia
|Dorothy Michele||RE: Wilhelmina Fischer|
I asked them to check their records for both Wilhelmina and her mother but they weren't in the system. There are a few Fischers there so I will keep an eye out on my return trip. Sad if they are lost.
|Dorothy Michele||Wilhelmina Fischer|
I am trying to fulfill you photo request for this grave. The only Wilhelmina Fischer I found and that was on the list the office gave me was married to Louis Fischer and the years don't match. I'm wondering if this might be why you believe your Wilhelmina Fischer is buried here or if you're sure she is and her marker is somewhere else. The Wilhelmina Fischer I found would have been in the correct spot you have listed.

If you havent got a message about an edit for Eula Powitzky would you now link her to her father Calvin Nathaniel Leatherwood Memorial# 97875402 and to her mother Katy Leatherwood Memorial# 97875578
I have researched the records at city hall. She is listed as Minnie Fischer. The dates match. I submitted an edit for her name and have included the plot info also. I will be going out in the next few days to locate her grave and take the picture for you.

I am not related to Anna. If you want to manage her memorial, please send a request for a transfer. Thanks!

|Pat Berel||RE: Salome Llewellyn|
I was searching for Salome Lewing and Llewellyn is a variation of that surname. I appreciate your offer to transfer the memorials but she is not the Salome I was searching for. Thank you for all that you do. And especially for the offer of the transfers.
I completed your requests for photos of markers for Barney, Cesar, Ida and Edgar Sasse. With them in a Sasse Family Plot are father/husband Carl Emil Sasse and daughters-in-law Erna S. Sasse and Emma M. Sasse. There were no memorials for Emma, Erna and Carl, so I created them and transferred them to you. Also, on the marker Ceasr is spelled Ceasar.

There are many other Hennigs in the St. Paul Lutheran cemetery. If you wish any additional transfer just let me know.
|Atti||RE: Thank you|
I really want to get a better picture of the stone but for now you know the dates. I will try going on a day that the sun is not so bright...this type of stone is hard to take a photgraph of. I will let you know when I change out the photos.
