I have just gotten started in geneology this year and I am really enjoying it.|
I am researching the Bryants, Carters ,Matthews,
Holloways , Caves, Howards,Bakers and Lees, Hills,Golliher,Morgan, and anyone that is related to my family.
My parents asked me to take care of all of their graves before they died and I have kept my promise to them. This is just another way I can memorialize the ones who have gone before me.
Trish told me about Find A Grave and I appreciate her so much.
I thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday and days before that too. I think of you in silence, I often speak your name. All I have are memories and a picture in a frame. Your memory is a keepsake, with which I'll never part. God has you in His keeping, I have you in my heart...

Thank you for checking....

I am looking for information on Gladys Bryant (Turner). Memorial# 95332957
She is buried in Union Cemetery. Alabama.
She is a distant relative of my husband's family.
We have some information about her and the cause of her death.
I believe at the time of her death she had two young children. Her husband was convicted for the involvement her played in her death. I am interested in finding her family.
Please contact me directly:

Well, I got to the Freeman Cemetery today finally. I see that you gave up on me!! So sorry it took me so long to get the photo. Don't worry - it wasn't a wasted trip. I needed a few other headstone photos of the Gayles in that cemetery anyway. Have a great day! Beth

I will be more than happy to get this photo. I can't do it until next weekend or the next since I am leaving tomorrow for a family reunion in VA and possibly going to Florida the next week. There is another person who I think has taken all of the headstone photos in Freeman Cemetery so she may beat me to it. If not, I will get it as soon as possible. Thanks for contacting me!

First, I would like to commend you for doing what you do! Thank you!
My grandmother was Susie Francis Lee, of Pisgah, daughter of James Thomas and Lucinda Lee.
I have tried to trace Thomas Lee's family tree and I always run into a road block with Henry Lee.
My grandmother told me that she always heard that she was related to General Robert E. Lee.
As you probably know, her mother and father both passed away when Grandmama was a girl, so facts were not readily available.
Can you help?

You are welcome, Mary !! I got my exercise Saturday - almost walked the entire cemetery.
