Family Genealogy researcher for Surnames: Walker, Faulkner, McClard, Hardage, Stafford, Wagnon and many others. Focusing at present on St Clair, Etowah and Pickens counties of Alabama. WALKER roots back to early 1800s in AL, possibly coming from NC/SC. |
DNA ties to WALKER families in AR, AL, GA, NC, PA, MO, TX, OH, MI, MN, TN & Canada at present, with indications of roots back to Northern Ireland / Scotland. FAULKNERs out of Georgia 1850s. HARDAGEs out of TN in 1840s. MCCLARDs early 1800s out of Virginia. STAFFORD, Adam out of Caswell, North Carolina 1750s with indication of roots back to William Stafford, early 1300s in England. WAGNON, Peter Wagnon appears in the 1790 Census, p. 83, in Pendleton District, SC. Part of the Wagnons lived in Etowah Co, AL for many generations, others migrated on to AR, OK, TX and points west. The Wagnons' are possibly of Swiss heritage.

Mr. Walker's memorial has been recreated and updated to include his obituary. I mistakenly deleted the earlier memorial on which you had left a flag. I thought you might want to add something to the newly created memorial. Sorry for the inconvenience. Alma

|Tonya Wells||Faulkner relative|
Hello my name is Tonya,my great grandmother was Maude Duce Faulkner,the grand daughter of Noah Faulkner.My sister and I have been doing some research on our family history and would love to know more if you could share.
At your request, I linked three babies buried in Bennington Cemetery with their parents, Cephus Monroe Faulkner and his wife, Ethel Hardisty Faulkner. I cannot imagine the heartbreak of losing three children.

It has occurred to me that you are THE Warren that my family has mentioned as being a distant relative who once came over to the Texas/Oklahoma area and visited with relatives here. I recently received a Charles Faulkner Geneology record. You may already have it, but if you do not, let me know and I will send it to you. It was from my cousin Diane.

I am a new member of Find a Grave. I noticed that my grandparent's links need to be updated and will pull together the info for the other family members that do not appear linked to them. It shows 2 children and they had 9. Only 2 are still living at this time so the others may be located in Find a Grave but not linked. I will do the research and get that information to you.
|J Long||RE: Thank You|
