I currently live near Tacoma, Washington having moved here from Sacramento, California and have been intrigued with my own genealogy for several years.
I am retired from the U. S. Air Force and now retired from the State of California and drawing my Social Security. Now my hobbies are fishing and genealogy researching.
I have located some very famous people in my mother's lineage (Aaron Burr, General John Bidwell and some others) and this makes looking at history a bit different.
I enjoy looking for the smaller and older cemeteries to photograph and enter information into Find A Grave. Many in my new area are over 150 years old.
When I do locate a cemetery I attempt to photograph ALL the markers - not just those that might be requested. When I find a photo of a marker that has no information, I enter the information. If you find a memorial I have created and there is no photo then it is possible that I have not yet added the photo as all the memorials I create are created from a photo. I recently photographed the 8,000 internments of the Enumclaw Evergreen Memorial Cemetery in Enumclaw, WA. As always, genealogy is a work in progress.
Please feel free to email me of any corrections needed of friends or transfers of your family members. If anyone would like pictures or any other information added just email me with a note with your name and I will be happy to add it with your name.
Please feel free to copy any of my photos if you need to.

Thank you for your contributions to findagrave. You have helped many a researcher including me.
|Ron Gragg||Manuel H. Gragg|
Is your brother-in-law (last name Gregg) a descendant of Manuel H. Gragg? He's my great-Great Grandfather. My father "Manuel" was his namesake.
By the way, I trace my lineage back to Gregor MacGregor as well. ALL Scots-Irish Gregg/Gragg's do.
My Mayflower roots are on both paternal and maternal sides. On the Lehman side the tie is "Edward Fuller" (a signatory to the Mayflower Compact). And on the Gragg side the tie is William (the Elder) Brewster, leader and preacher (Chaplain) of Mayflower Compact.
|Ron Gragg||Manuel H Gragg|
My name is Ron Gragg, I am a fellow "Find-A-Grave" contributor. I ran across a profile that you created. It is that of my Great-Great Grandfather Manuel H. Gragg (Find A Grave Memorial# 67624355). I would appriciate it if you could transfer his profile to me so I can add all the pertenant biographical information, and link him up to the rest of the family that I have to date.
Thank you very much for your time, AND for finding his grave. I have been searching for it fo a ver long time!
Thank you for the Ganoung transfer!

|Sandie Schwarz||Rebecca & Peter Eckert|
Thank you for your quick response to the edits' I sent you for the Rebecca and Peter Eckert Memorials! I have a friend from high school who lives in Auburn, Placer County, California, and that is how I discovered the cemetery where Rebecca and Peter are at rest. So I began searching for Peter's past history. I forgot to tell you that I found the place of birth for Rebecca, West Virginia, in the census records also. Thank you for all of your contributions! Enjoy your searching, I see you have discovered some well-known people in your family ~

I don't know I made that mistake!
How long have you lived in WA? I didn't know you moved. Most importantly is do you like it better? My sister and her husband are looking along the coast in your neck of the woods.
