Thank you so much for transferring W L Dennis to me. I truly appreciate your hard work on his memorial, and I will endeavor to maintain his memorial with the same vigor. Melody Dennis-Sherrod

Good evening. I submitted several changes to the above memorial. I have attempted for about 3 hours to delete the NAME information I submitted, but for some reason Find A Grave site will not let me delete. The information that needs to be changed is the first name of the deceased. W L's first name is misspelled.
Request should reflect this change:
William Lyon "W L" Dennis Jr
I will continue to delete the submission, but if I am not successful, please accept this as the name change.
Also, I am a 1st cousin to W L and I would gladly maintain his memorial, should you want transfer to me.

I'm not either. I just happened to add a picture from a bank of columbaria niches in a cemetery near my home. A financial firm was looking for the heirs of this particular decedent--and their investigator could find nothing. She saw my picture and wrote me to ask if I was her kin. I searched all around---found her sibs, her mother, her first husband---and information that she and her (second) husband had endowed a college in Arkansas to the tune of millions! No children; looks like that college is the only beneficiary---I should have gotten a finder's fee! Got so interested in adding family members, I've added all I could. Her name was Vera Pfeffer--found her maiden name (Tisseur), and finally linked them together after nearly 100 years. Gotta love Find-a-Grave.
Are you related to the Tisseurs?

I appreciate the obit for William M. "Bud" Cassel. All info I've turned up so far leads me to believe that this is the same man who was my maternal grandfather's much older half-brother. If I'm right, then the parents of "your" William were my great-grandfather, John Levi Cassel, and his first wife, Elizabeth Monday. "My" William was married to Mary Susan London. Judy

I did call Mt. Olivet Cemetery and they say she's definately not buried there. Her death certficate states she was buried in the Itasca Cemetery and they also say she is not there either.
