My interest is in getting the local cemeteries catalogued, photographed, and listed on this site, with family links posted whenever possible. I'm especially eager to get photos of those headstones that are in danger of disappearing due to weather, neglect, or vandalism|
If you notice errors on my submissions, please send me the corrections and I'll make them as soon as possible. If I manage a memorial for one of your relatives and you'd prefer to manage it yourself, let me know and I'll gladly turn it over to you. The only ones I won't transfer are my direct relatives.
I work full-time, but I'm happy to take photos on weekends when I can.
NOTE: If you ask me to include information on a memorial, please explain your sources. I've had people ask me to add information that was actually in error, and I'd prefer not to spread misinformation if at all possible. Thanks for understanding.

Yes, thank you very much.

I don't remember if I thanked you for this obituary you sent for Mary Elizabeth Terrio. I think they really help in providing context for the memorials.

Yes, please transfer to me as these are my paternal grandparents. I appreciate your graciousness in doing so.

Thank you Barbara. I can see where I have more to learn regarding navigating around this cite how/where to save contributor's contributions, other than as you did on one's Memorial as you did, which I too have started doing, along with dating their contributions. Susie

I am searching for the burial location of: Luther Holley Whittlesly who according to Family Search, died 3 Aug 1895 and was buried 5 Aug 1895. He was in a D.C. Hospital for the Insane and acc. to 1894 Pension papers, his nearest relatives was General A.S. Badger of New Orleans, Louisiana and a Daughter named Mary.
I see on A. Sidney Badger's Memorial, their is a F.A.G. Contributor # who contributed much info. I'd like to get in touch with that person to see if they are familiar with this family connection. How/where do I locate this F.A.G. contributor, in order for me to email them? Susie F.A.G. # 47375864

Hope your having a great day. Could you possibly remove one of your photos on the above memorial so I can post a close up? This tomb was hard to photograph but we lucked out with the sun right on it making the lettering stand out.
Thanks so much

Barbara - thanks for taking the time to take the pictures & sent them to me and to post on Find A Grave. I have family in Meterie but they have never been as kind as you. There are still nice people in the world!

Thank you for the gracious transfer of Ernest Plumer and the generous additions of his wife and children. I appreciate your efforts to catalog this cemetery they are buried at, making it possible for me to find them!
