Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing genealogical research for 47 years. This site allows me to share the information I have gathered. Some of my lines are Guthery, Brock, Bradley, Speegle, McCain, Hardiman, Miles, and Cheatham. My husband's lines include Farmer, Woody, Childress, Allison, Chambers, Reynolds, and Mays.

I am organizing my research for my children and grandchildren and sharing with anyone who is interested.

William F Young
Got your message and that you approved the edit. I will look tomorrow and find the source for my request and email you back with that info as I want to make sure that what I have suggested IS correct. I am currently studying all the descendants of Phillip Young and Charity Abernathy, hence my interest in William F Young. Thanks Little Marie

RE: Henry Blackmon
Sorry, I am not related. However Dura Blackmon was a Campbell and they are buried in Douglas county at Friendship, and Carroll at Little Vine, Midway Macedonia, and Pleasant Grove...

If I find anything in my quest for info, I will let you know.

Good luck!!

Glenn marker
You are most welcome Patricia. I looked for the Glenn marker, but I didn't see it. There were several without markers. I will check again, I was in sort of a rush that day.

That Works! Thanks. I'll see if I can find his military record and see what that shows for both names.

RE: Henry Brock and Susan Woods
Also glad to meet you. Yes, this Henry & Susan are my husband's maternal GG Grandparents. Henry is buried at Kansas beside his second wife, Annie A Smith (a 2nd great grand aunt on my husband's paternal side). Susan Woods Brock is buried at Indian Creek Cemetery in Carroll. Henry's parents were Henry Brock (1802-1867) and Nancy Thomas (1813-1879). They are buried in a private cemetery off Brown's Lake Rd, Fairburn, Fulton, Georgia. I do have a copy of the younger Henry's pension application (received from Cameron7454)on his ancestry page.
