Names I am researching: Medd, Poshard, White, Lods, Beaver/Bever, McKee, Riley, West, McCane, Redden, Mahan, Vail, Hedrick, Cramer, Lefforge, Mann, Logan, Amos.|
The Rush Co. Genealogical Society is in the process of transcribing & posting photos for all cemeteries in Rush County. This will be a long process, so be patient.
I will be happy to transfer memorials to a direct relative.
There has been much discussion over the use of photos. By all means, use any photo I have posted, and you don't need my permission.

Linda, may I copy your photo for the Schrontz into my tree. I will credit you for the photo. His wife, Mary, was my 1st cousin 2x removed.

Linda, thanks for making the transfers. I may have other family, albeit distant, in East Hill; I'll check and let you know.
|Darlene Ellerman Palmer||MARGISON|
Would you please transfer Amanda Margison (95916961) and Anthony W. Margison (95916962) to me? They are my children's great-grandparents.
|Phoebe Call||John Lewis's wife Mary died before 1810|
Hi Linda, it was pointed out to me that Mary Power was not in the 1810 census, and that John Lewis married Mary Morten or Martin afterwards. There is a record of that marriage.
Phoebe Call, descendant.

Thank you for the transfer.
I have attached your photo of his 2nd marker to the 1st marker page (# 40228220) and filled in the inscription info.
But, when I went to delete the 2nd marker page (# 40228221), I am getting the message that I can not delete, because I am not the original creator.
Would you like to try to delete the 2nd page (# 40228221)? It might work for you.

I have found one individual with two markers/pages in your memorials:
- older headstone = Charles "G" Hall, Find A Grave Memorial# 40228220
- newer headstone = Charles "C" Hall, Find A Grave Memorial# 40228221
This appears to be the same Charles C Hall, son of Henry Hall & Lucy Peake, which matches the information given for him in the book "History of Rush County".
The older marker is worn and difficult to read, which might be why the memorial page contains some transcription errors (i.e. his middle initial and death date) and perhaps why the family installed a newer marker. Do you happen to know how close in proximity the 2 markers are to each other?
Anyhow, I think the best thing to do would be to add the picture for the newer marker to the page for the older marker and then to delete the page for the newer marker, per Find A Grave's policy for one page per individual.
Would you be so kind as to fix this? If not, I'd be happy to take on the management of the pages and complete this task.
Thank you and Best Wishes,

|AndyP||RE: Bradshaw at Oak Hill|
You are most welcome. You should know that there are three problem Bradshaws where the Find A Grave dates don't match the stones or the Bartow Genweb.
Frank has 9/13/01-1/27/35. His marker and Genweb both say 8/15/1899-7/22/1900
James and Olin are similar.
Shall I post the pictures anyway? Or, I can send them to you via e-mail.
Here's the Genweb page for that area:

I'm fulfilling your request for Alma and William Bradshaw. In the same plot are:
Many seem to have died as infants.
I'll post these as well.

|AZLITE||Imogene Leah Swallow Arnold/Mount Zion Cemetery|
Thank you for providing the information about the location of Mount Zion Cemetery in Spencer County. Your time and effort in researching the correct burial place for Imogene is very much appreciated. I have moved her memorial and have linked her with her husband who is also buried there. Thanks, too, for your patience in my slow response to your message.
