|I grew up in South Central Kentucky. Now I live in South Central Indiana. I can get records from north central Jackson, southwestern quarter of Bartholomew, and southeastern quarter of Brown Counties in Indiana. I only photograph stones if I'm going that way, anyway...no special trips. Also, if the cemetery requested is rumored to be snake-infested or overgrown,or if the weather is very hot, I will wait until colder weather, but I'll be happy to get them then.|

I do not have any information on Schuyler Johnson.
What's listed on the Find-A-Grave for graves that are supposedly in the Old Pleasantville Cemetery that I'd like to know where the info came from since there are no headstone pictures are:
Curry, Elijah 34058111
b 1791 d. 1870
Curry, Pleasant W. 34058037
b Jun 20 1818 d Aug 5 1888
Curry, Sarah "Sally" Weddle 34058159
b. 1792 d. unknown
Weddle, John 82502021
b. Feb 14, 1790 d. Mar. 16 1828
Weddle, John W. "Jack" Jr. 34058290
b. Apr 2 1781 d. Apr 8, 1857
Weddle, Lucy Hubbard 82502370

Thanks much. email address is email@example.com.
The folks I'm interested in are Weddles and Curry's. There weren't any photos of headstones for the ones I think are my family. We had thought Mary and John (Jack) Weddle were buried in the Weddle Cemetery on their homestead. Didn't know if you had gotten a listing from a county source maybe since there were no pictures of headstones for several of the folks you listed. I'm working on all "John Weddles" to figure out who's related to whom. I guess the Meuting Book has a lot of incorrect info in it for example, a Walling/Wallen historian I've had contact with says that John Weddle and Mary Walling were not the parents of John (Jack) Weddle - so I'm trying to figure out who is. According to a Jackson Co Cemetery Book, there is a John Weddle buried in the Weddle Cemetery with a monument that I think reads "A soldier under Jackson in the War o 1812" d. 08 April 1857'; age 76y, 6m, 1d.
If you're just doing grave documentations you may not be interested in all this Weddle mystery!

Could you give me directions or a more exact location for the Old Pleasantville Cemetery in Jackson Co, Indiana please? I know you listed it as Sec 17, T5N, R3E in Owen Twp, but I am having difficulty in finding it's specific location. Also, the folks that you have listed as being buried there - I'm not familiar with find a grave much as yet - are there records of the burials if no headstones photos are listed? thanks much

Hi: You posted a cemetery photo for John Weddle, but I didn't know what cemetery it was. We understand John and Polly were buried in the family cemetery on their property. Is this a picture of that location?

I have been hunting and hunting for his info and never found anything until this summer. Please share what you know. Dad used to talk about Uncle Jack just alittle but mostly how mean his wife was to them.

You are quite welcome.
Actually, I was there in the fall of 1980, & took pictures of John & Malinda's tombstones. Then about ten years ago, someone sent me better photos of them, so those are what I posted on their memorials.
When I was there, I was saddened by the fact that there were cows in the cemetery, knocking down all the tombstones. The Wells stones were flat on the ground.
They are my paternal gt. gt. grandparents.
I appreciate your note.

I am curious if you are Dean who left the tribute.
