Bio Photo "Grandchildren are the dots that connect the lines from generation to generation." Lois Wyse (20th century)

"Life is the flash of a firefly in the night. It is the breath of a buffalo in the wintertime. It is the little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunset. What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others." S Pierce in memorial of "Woody" and Wilda Woodward.

I am a grandmother picking up the genealogy work started by my father, mother and uncle. As a member of DAR, I helped with the Centennial Chaper NSDAR project of photographing all the headstones in Weld County Colorado.

Now I am combining work and putting my family genealogy (ancestors and descendents) on a data base and reaching out to family via memorials across the nation and around the world and taking photos of cemeteries where I go for others.

If you have a friend or relative in Mountain View, Idaho Veterans Cemetery, Terrace Lawn or Cloverdale Cemetery, Dry Creek or Old Pioneer (Idaho City), I will be glad to take a photo of the headstones for the memorials or transfer memorials that I manage.

If you want to copy any of the photos I have posted, feel free to as long is it is not used for profit.

"If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together... there is something you must always remember. you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. but the most important thing is, even if we're apart... i'll always be with you."

RE: Fred Taylor
Fred was a Jr. His parents also lived in Denver. His father was born in England and his mother Margaret (her nickname seems to have been Rita) was born in Scotland. Fred was in the Navy from 1943 to 1946. His last Social Security benefit was in Lakewood. I am guessing he had a heart attack when he was in Houston for whatever reason. Faye probably brought his remains back with her to Denver. I checked Crown Hill for Fay but she isn't there either. They might be at Fort Logan, although I didn't see their names on the list or Fairmount is another possibility.

Here are some addresses from Denver Directory. It is common when a husband died the directory didn't drop that name.

200 Holland, Denver (1956)
3254 Quail, Wheat Ridge (1981)
6522 W 14th, Lakewood (1993)

RE: Fred Taylor
Death cert says he died at UTMB Hospital in Galveston. It looks like Brookside Memorial Park where the remains are has a crematory. I think he lived in Houston at 9221 Pagewood.

You are welcome.
Ancestry had quite a bit of info on Fred. He died in Galveston, Tx of a heart attack. He was VP of Ocean Corp.

Here is a link to his death cert. If you have trouble opening let me know and I can try something else.

Joplin Cemetery, Idaho
You have sent me corrections on several entries to the Joplin Cemetery in Garden City, ID. But the format you've sent them in is not only difficult to decipher, but I cannot just do a copy and paste to the entry, per There are many blank spaces on those listings. Could you please just send me corrections/additions that you need me to make in a simple e-mail, and not the huge listings? I'd be able to make the changes a lot quicker.
