Donna I wanted to thank you for all the hard work in finding Mr. Wingate's marker since it was completely covered up and the cemetery did not seem to care.
I greatly appreciate the photos you posted and the fact that the sod has been removed and you can clearly read it now.
Again, THANK YOU!

Thanks so much for maintaining this site in Florida. Thanks to you Dansby families in Troy, South Carolina and in Lakeland, Florida were able to find each other about 10 years ago. Turns out my GGG Grandfather and their GG Grandfather were brothers from South Carolina (Abbeville and Fairfield Districts). What cemented our research was my GGGF in Abbeville SC and his buried in Pine Grove Cemetery near Madison, FL had the exact same little poem on their tombstones. See grave of Reason Nathan Dansby at Pine Grove.

Thank you for all the early work you did in establishing data bases for the various cemeteries in Polk County. Thanks to you, researchers from all over the country have a starting point in finding relatives who disappeared into Florida years ago.

Thank you Donna. There appears to be a "phantom" link for Albert now. I'm going to add a new link for Albert as the father of William - hopefully that will completely tie it up. Thanks again!

I am new to findagrave, and am interested in making corrections to the memorial page for my great-great grandfather, William Christopher Braddock Sr. Please advise the proper way to do this.

|Laura Tully||Eugene Wells|
Hi, Donna, I was just wondering if you are in any way related or know anything about Eugene Wells (1906-2002) who is buried next to Alberta Wells (1907-1995). One of my great-aunts, Hazel Shackelford, married quite 5 times, and her last husband was named Eugene Wells. I don't know when he was born or when he died, but I have a marriage date of 1996, which falls between Alberta's death date and my Aunt Hazel's death date (1997). I've looked on ancestry.com, familysearch.org, and this is the first Eugene Wells that comes close to being a possible match. If you or any of your readers reading this know if Eugene Wells was my Aunt Hazel's husband, please let me know. Thank you.
