I am an avid family history buff. The family name I'm researching mainly is Craig who lived in PA, NJ, NE, KS and WISC. But the other family lines are Klein, Sweniger, Pfund and Fowler.

I'm also researching my McGeorge family line. If you feel you are related feel free to contact me.

Good luck on your search.

Orville Sheffield
I have just added a photo to Orville's memorial. You have him listed as an unknown burial, but he is buried at Willamette Memorial Park, Albany, Linn, Oregon.

RE: Phebe Elanor Rolston
I dont think I have much on her. I looked on Ancestry, and other than what is on there, I havent anything else. There are about 7 records with her name on it. and Robert Bigbee her husband.I havent done anything with her children.

they were married 21 July 1866 (that is from another family tree)

ID Military in Westlawn-Hillcrest
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge #326.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

If you have already received this message, please accept our apologies for the duplicate message.

Find A Grave Changes
A friend told me about this change a couple days after this was deployed. I have sent an edit/s to you so I thought maybe you didn't know about it. You might want to pass it on to your friends. thanks!!! ~Peggy

New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"

******Please Note******
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013

Go to your Contributor/Profile page.
Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you. Then just review and accept.

Way easier for doing updates to names/dates/places/plot numbers/links. If you don't approve within 21 days it will automatically accept it.

You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section.

Maggie & Candice Rice
Your creation of the Raines Cemetery and all of your work adding photos of headstones, was well spent.
Thank you for the doors that opened.
Candice and her daughter Maggie were mostly lost to history due to very few records.
Mom's first name Candice had been thought to have been Kansas due to poorly scratched census records.
We knew that her nick name was Cancie, now we know why.
Now that you have provided the burial and headstone I have found mom & dad's marriage license and more.
You have helped solve some mystery that was affecting around 25 family trees. Now the truth is known and posted at Ancestry for the others to see.

Robert Bigbee
Hi Jackie,
I was thrilled to see a photo you posted for Robert Bigbee! I am involved with a lot of local history in the Chase area and Robert Bigbee had so many connections here. I have found him a few times in old newspaper accounts. Our property was originally part of Robert Bigbee's land and his homestead neighbors us to the north. If you are ever interested in anymore about him from some of the files I have pertaining to newspaper items, I would be happy to pass that along.

Howard Cemetery
I noticed Mary Polly Hunter Burgess is buried at the Howard Cemetery. I am wondering if her sister, Hannah Hunter could be buried there? They travelled together from Rowan,NC and settled in what was White County and now, Putnam County, TN. It looks like 96% are photographed however could it be possible she is buried there along with her sister. Hannah is my 4th GreatGrandmother. I would appreciate any help with this matter. I live in Chandler, Az.
Sincerely, Shirley
