I have been doing research in my East Texas area for 30+ years and I love it! I have many resources that I use and am willing to help my fellow researchers in any way I can. I am researching Sanders, Welch, Page, Gunnels, Hooper, Roberson, Young, Hereford and McNair lines in the East Texas area and beyond. My husbands lines are Cartwright, Forrest, Walker, Freeman, Ivy, Baldree and Drawhorn. I have extensive information on these lines and have knowledge of many of the old generations of other names in the area. Just contact me if I can help you in your search. Happy Hunting!|

|Mandy Diercks||RE: Frank Goodman|
Hi Cheryl --
Rats -- I never saw your email - I looked threw my spam folder but I dump it occasionally and I don't really check it (it's never caught anything valuable to my knowledge) so I may have accidently dumped it. But I got this last one from findagrave.com. I think I was able to determine that Franklin is the right Franklin? Are you related? He is my husbands' 3rd great uncle. We've had trouble tracking up higher than that generation. THanks for your help!
136800271 Richard Antoine "Dick' Smith was married to Minnie B Schultz Smith 117031068 I have tried to make these edits and suggested others to correct Smith memorial pages but not getting anywhere - thank you
He had two wives and his son named after him was not Minnie's. hope this makes sense
Hi Cheryl- I am emailing you about Smith Cemetery :)
|Mandy Diercks||Franklin Goodman (# 83111874)|
You have a picture for Franklin Goodman so I'm hoping that means you have some connection? I'm trying to confirm that he is the Franklin that I'm looking for and that the parents you list are accurate. I'm so excited to get more info! Thanks for any connection you may have and all the time you put into findagrave for us!

Cheryl I am the grandson of Emily Alice Harkness buried at Rocky Hill Cemetery. As you suspected the last name is misspelled. Actually she was married to Ernest Harkness who is also buried at Rocky Hill Cemetery. If I can provide any further info let me know.

After doing the edits on this memorial I transferred Annie and Hugh's memorial to you. It looked like they may be your kinfolks. If you do not want them feel free to transfer them back.
Have a nice day.

|Kathryn Robert||Thank you|
You helped me add more to my family tree. I grew up on Long Island NY and have been researching my family tree via Ancestry.com. I have a family history for my father's side and have been finding that the names in it are legitimate. Christopher Rhinelander Robert was one of my great grandfathers. I just learned the name of his wife and son.
