|Jonmarie Pearson ||Stoner Family|
Hi Joy, I'm in the process of updating all my relatives with my recent research. Are you related to Oliver Stoner #7753061 and Esther Stoner #7753069. I was wondering if you would be willing to transfer them to me if they aren't related to you. They are my 2nd great grandparents. Hope you have a blessed day.
|Debra Dennis||RE: Charles A. Zooks|
You are very welcome. Glad I could help you.
|Georgie Golden Trammell||confusions with 2 Nancy Shepherds|
There were two women in my family named Nancy Shepherd. One (My 2nd Great Aunt) who's full name was Nancy Ann Shepherd [Spinks]and who's parents were Asa Shepherd and Margaret Lou Baker, She was born 29 Nov 1845 In Putnam Co., IN and who died 10 Jul 1932, in Albia, Monroe Co., IA.
The other is Nancy Susanna Shepherd [Clark][Golden]
My Great Grandmother who was the daughter of Solomon Shepherd and Susanna McGill who was born
7 Jan 1856 in Monroe Co., IA and Died 12 Nov 1932, Albia, Monroe Co IA.
If you check the present entry for Nancy Shepherd Spinks it has a bio that is incorrect and is actually for her niece Nancy S. Shepherd Golden.
I have attempted to contact Joy, but for some reason I have not been able to access her e-mail.
These two women have been confused all over Ancestry and My Charts have been incomplete for years because of it.
|Cynthia Farmer-Nold||Another Samuel now linked|
I just got "another Samuel" you mentioned on Charles and Margaret (McClure) Slavens memorial pages linked to them as parents. Now it feels better. The Slavens book that belonged to my mother-in-law has been circulated through the family, and I could not access it for help when I realized Samuel Slavens in the national cemetery with other Andrews raiders was not linked to family. His bio is really, really short, perhaps too short.

Joy, Could not find a marker and went to office to verify there is not a marker at this time. Sorry. Doris

Your most welcome Joy.
It is a lovely plot with the large area of shade underneath from the tree, which I imagine was planted with the first burial.

|Bill Korstick||Stephen Douglas Lane|
Could you do a family connect for Stephen Douglas Lane, #10195040, to his family for me? I'm trying to connect as many of William Lane's children to him online as possible.
Father- William Lane #8846074
Mother- Minerva Ellen Cramer Woods Connell Lane Clem #13917933
I went to this cemetery and there is no stone for Stephen Douglas Lane or his wife (I live about 20 miles from the cemetery).
