I have always had a fascination with history especially in geneology. When I was young we would go to family reunions and while the other kids played, I stayed and listened to the older ones talking about their families and old times. Now with most of them gone, all that remains are memories. I don't have their pictures, but it keeps them remembered with photos of their headstones. That's why I love this site, everyone helping each other to do just that. So many are lost, damaged or unreadable it's imperative that we get as many recorded as possible.
