Hi,

Could you please transfer this memorial to me? He is my grandfather. Thanks for your time.

Memorial 71372972
Hi,

I submitted an edit for the mentioned memorial for Dresel Holum Bean, who is my Gr Gr Grandfather. Dredsel in fact still has a living grand-daughter in La Farge. She is quite certain his name is spelled Dredsel Holum Bean, as long as many Census records indicate. I realize there is one military record that show the spelling that is used on the memorial, but it is not how the family has ever spelled his name. If you would like to see other documentation, I would be happy to provide.

Thanks for your help,
Tim Gossler, Grandson of Veda (Bean) Gossler, she is the Granddaughter of Dredsel Bean.

A contributor was kind enough to add a photo to this memorial for me. I was looking for a Thomas Brow but the gravemarker actually is for a Thomas Brown...thought you would like to correct the name on the memorial to Brown.

RE: Findeisen, Skagen, Stauffer, and Jolivette, etc.
Hi Susanna,
I waited to respond to you until I had "processed" all the memorials you transferred to me. I have to say, I was amazed and surprised by all the transfers!!!! I think you transferred every Jolivette and Valiquette you managed!!! At the time of transfer, a lot of them I knew nothing about. But I spent some time (about 3 full days) on Ancestry.com, etc. trying to find out about the ones I didn't know about, and so I could "link" the family groups together on Find A Grave. To adequately manage them, I should order some more obits from the Archives at the La Crosse public library. There are Jolivette"s and Valiquette's that I am sure are buried in La Crosse somewhere, and it would be nice to know where to link the children and parents to them. Also, it would be good to have obits on the "first generation (in La Crosse)" of the families. I will have to make a list of the ones I want obituaries on, and send the list to William Petersen at the library. I have to say, this was a little bit more than I anticipated!!! I really still have some more work to do on the Jolivette and Valiquette families, as I believe I could link some of the females to their parents on Find A Grave. But I wanted to say thank you for the transfers and that I expect I received all that you sent. I asked for a few more, because I would like the Skagen females that I linked to their parents. Again, thank you. Also, I don't suppose you live in La Crosse and would be willing to pull some obits for me? I expect that's a lot to ask. I guess I was just a little overwhelmed by the number of transfers, and now I feel responsible for them.

Frey Family
Susanna,

THANK YOU very much for taking the photos of Ruth Frey Waldo and her parents and brother. Ruth was married and divorced from my Uncle. I have been doing Ancestry for several years & I like having photos of gravestones. There is so much history in Cemeteries! Thanks again for taking your time in fulfilling Find a Grave photos!

Findeisen, Skagen, Stauffer, and Jolivette, etc.
Hi Susanna,

Thank you for kindly offering to transfer the memorials to me that I have corrected, added to, or linked. However, I can't remember all of the ones I have corrected, added to, or linked!!!! I basically get a little carried away trying to make Find-A-Grave as useful as possible. I would be happy to accept whatever you'd like to transfer and I will add more info like census data and obituary data, if I have it.

Anna Rice, Woodlawn Memorial St Petersburg Fl
I believe Anna Rice was married to Michael Rice who is buried in Woodlawn Memorial and sister in law to James Rice also buried there.
Her maiden name is Lynch.
Let me know I can give some info, not much but some.

Anna M. Anton
I notice you made a grave for her. Is she the same Anna Anton that was murdered by Chief Gregory Webb in Nebraska back in December 1986? Just curious.
