I am the son of Robert E Boswell and Pearl M Snyder Sparks. I was born in Springfield, Ohio in 1951, and now reside in St Petersburg, Florida. I do genealogy/ancestry study and take photos of headstones at cemeteries for others, as well as for myself.
There is a note that says Mary's stone is next to 577a. I realize you're in Florida, but can you explain 577a?
I looked at other Bailey and White memorials in the Stillwater Friends cemetery, but couldn't find another reference to it, nor a memorial for Mary's husband Zachariah. Monthly Meeting records indicate he may not have been accepted by the community.
Boswell Relative? I'm kind of new at this and i've been researching the Boswell name. just wondering if we are related along the way, i think we might be, but just distantly. William Boswell was my 3rd great grandfather born in 1819. His wife Susannah Ladd Peebles was born in 1817. my email is firstname.lastname@example.org

Re: Mary Davis Hello Rick, I am looking for my 2nd great-grandmother, Mary Davis Bolon. She lived in Goshen Township, Belmont Co., Ohio for most of her life. There are many Davis families in Belmont Co., but I can not find any to whom she is related. She was born 7 Aug 1819 and died 21 Nov 1909. Her husband, William Bolon, I don't believe was a Quaker, but they seemed to move from Virginia to Ohio with the Quakers and there are some Quakers married into the Bolons (or vise versa). William died before Mary Davis Bolon. Do you have any personal information about the Mary Davis Memorial 61252121 that you have listed? I see you posted her picture so I hope you do. Is it a possibility that she returned to her maiden name and to the Quaker religion after being married? Grasping for straws, Joanne.
Gravestone Photo Permission I am happy to see that you photographed the gravestone of Novialyn Alford and her husband Robert in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens (Memorial# 21927185).
I would like to add this gravestone photo to the (non-profit) Alford American Family Association's collection of Ohio Obituaries, where Novialyn's obituary is included. You can see the current collection at http://www.alfordassociation.org/OBITS/OHOBIT.htm.
May I have your permission to include your gravestone photos? If so, I will add this to the photo caption:
