|Dottie Colleen K.||Other Purnells in Snow Hill MD|
But, here are the Purnell entries that are in the wrong cemetery. The Worcester MD cemetery book by Ruth T. Dryden does list 2 separate cemeteries in that area - one is Whatcoat (which is Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery) - and the other is All Hallows (which is a Protestant Episcopal Church cemetery).
I separated the 2 cemeteries into 2 lists - the All Hallows entries are the incorrect ones - these people in that list are indeed located in the Whatcoat cemetery. And the corresponding entries in Whatcoat entries are the correct ones.
All Hallows Whatcoat
I think I got all of them.
Thank you for writing back and thank you for being so kind. I know we all just want to get this right.
I also want to look into the Purnell/Marshall you mentioned in Selma Alabama. I am betting they are cousins also. More work to do on that subject. Please keep in touch!

|Dottie Colleen K.||Snow Hill MD Purnells'|
Hey again Jane,
From your message (below) about the Purnells at Whatcoat and All Hallows in Snow Hill, MD - the James B. R. Purnell you have created is the right photo with the correct cemetery - all is good with that one!
Also I don't know what cemetery James Bowdoin Robbins Purnell is buried in unless it is the one I listed on the site. If not then please let me know so I can fix it. Thank you so much.

|Dottie Colleen K.||Hello|
I wanted to let you know, the grave stone photo you added to memorial page of Dr. James B. R. Purnell #73811729 is wrong photo. This is at All Hallows in Snow Hill.
If you still have the photo of James B.R. Purnell, can you make it right?

Thank you for posting Richard Thurmond's grave marker on his Find A Grave memorial. Your kindness is most appreciated. I sent an edit to correct date to match information on marker.
